Salam!

I am looking to buy mobile phone in 12k range, new or used.

Can i get android phone in this range?
Will it be better than Symbian or other OS?

OR if nothing good in this range, then suggest in 14-15k range!

^ shit screen,same resolution as a 5 year old N73,no dedicated gpu and touchwiz sucks ballz Imo.
So explorer is better i suppose.

HTC Explorer , Xperia mini both phones are good but.. xperia will cost u around 14k 2nd hand.. try if u can find it . its awesome phone.

its a prettty decent phone for its price,when it comes to performance it blows away every budget phone,cam is great,andriod 4.0 update around the corner
go for it ,u wont be disappointed,now it only costs 14k new :)

    Online session is enabled for UBL. I have an active subscription with my NayaPay card (it is already added to Google Payment Methods).

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
