The snaps leave a lot to be discussed..I'll comment on it later, gotta jet rite now.

Plus do also take notice of the logo's color scheme. MGS4 had the text in red and '4' in white, its the reverse here.

This game is about 'The Boss' , it's probably next-gen too.

MG 1 & MG 2 remake titled as MGS5 won't make sense. At best it 'll start off pre-mgs3 timeline > skip mgs 3 > portable ops > peace walker scenarios & end on MG 1 & MG 2 timeline re-created in some form! That way everyone will be happy, including me.

Kojima silences Metal Gear Solid 5 Comic-Con rumours • News • PlayStation 3 • Eurogamer.net

Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima has branded images of Metal Gear Solid 5 "completely fake".

"I was wondering what was up, so I checked the net and was able to see the cause," Kojima wrote on his Twitter account (via Andriasang). "However, that title logo is completely fake. I apologise to those who were looking forward to it."

Senior producer at Kojima Productions Ken-Ichiro Imaizumi added: "I've been asked about the screenshots of MGS5 on the game sites. These're ALL FAKE. We'll update when we're ready to announce."​

Sorry, Metal Gear Solid 5 Didn't Debut At Comic-Con

You may have seen a screen of Metal Gear Solid 5 over the weekend, along with claims that it was shown at San Diego Comic-Con. Sorry to say, but according to Konami it's faked.

The game itself is certainly on the way. We've heard as much from Hideo Kojima himself. But we've got no idea how far along it is in development and it seemed unlikely that it would debut at Comic-Con.
Konami's UK branch took to Twitter to rebut the rumors. It seems to have gotten started courtesy of some mischievous Redditors.
