well hello there!! finally it looks like there is gonna be a video game related to avengers(not only avengers but other marvel characters too) and the best thing is that its a free to play MMO!!but instead of being like a traditional run of the mill MMO like WoW,SW;ToR, Age of Conan etc its gameplay is going to be more like Diablo series

Now there is a very interesting story about this game.

David Brevik the creator of Diablo franchise is making this MMO. David Brevik sometime ago gave an interview in which he said that Diablo 3 is not a game that his team would have created. (Diablo 3 has lost some customization and included rune system and AH).

After that Diablo 3 team were all upset that the work they put in Diablo for years, and original creator has somehow insulted them. In return JAY WILSON the developer of Diablo 3 asked his team to 'FUCK THAT LOSER' on facebook private chat that wasn't that private lol. One of the Diablo 3 team member also said that we created a game that sold 10 million while DAVID only managed to make stupid games after Diablo.The whole Diablo community on neogaf,reddit and official forums went ablaze.

There was a thread on the top of Blizzard forums for a week saying "FUCK JAY WILSON" lol

This resulted in a huge backlash from Diablo 3 community that JAY WILSON should apologize for his insults against DAVID BREVIK.

Jay Wilson eventually apologized after the fiasco.

Now this MMO is sort of answer to Diablo 3. David Bevik original creator of Diablo franchise wants this game to succeed.

Can it compete with Diablo 3?? Lets wait and see.

The game that many have described as "Marvel meets Diablo" is finally coming to beta October 1st. But is it worth signing up?


As you may have noticed, the gameplay is classic: An isometric map where you click on opponents to attack and collect loot. The game itself is free-to-play and also built to accept online co-op play, hence the exceptionally odd team-up between Daredevil and the Punisher in the trailer. You won't need to engage in any microtransactions to play the full game.

You can also switch between heroes at will in order to adjust your strategy. Use Iron Man for ranged attacks and switch to, say, Squirrel Girl for in-close brawling. As for the plot, it's written by Marvel stalwart Brian Michael Bendis.

Our Take: "Marvel meets Diablo" is already pretty much a winner, and has been since games like X-Men Legends, but we'd like more perspective into the mechanics. What levels do we get, and where do the microtransactions fit in?
