Lucid Dreaming & Sleep Paralysis

Has anyone ver tried this before? If so post your experiences and tips. I'm really interested in trying it but i have no clue how it works or how to do it.

I have also heard the you can trigger sleep paralysis when trying to lucid dream and that the experience is scary as shit. My aunt once was telling me not to sleep with my body faced up because a succubus (jinn/demon) will sit on you and prevent you from breathing. I know it sounds fake but it happened to her more than once. She told me If it does happen just read the Kalimah and it will vanish. After this she also said she had some sleep problems and she saw shadowy figures when sleeping which she thought were jinns. Now this got me interested as i also sleep with my body faced up and this never happened to me. So i did some research and all her conditions matched up with sleep paralysis. People who have sleep paralysis often say that they cannot breathe because it feels like something is sitting on them and they see their worst fears and have scary experiences. But if you manage to pull through the sleep paralysis i have heard you then start to lucid dream.

experienced it more then 9 times and first few times it was damn scary but after that i understand that what is happening to me and make myself aware of that situation and wake myself up properly and pinch myself but if for some reason u got sleep paralysis make ur self aware of that situation and try to breathe heavily as possible that way u can break that paralysis

Yeah happened to me many times at early ages while i was innocent and now i myself is a jinn and get into other dreams and paralyse them

What your aunt is experiencing is not a "jinn" sitting on her and sleep paralysis is HIGHLY unlikely. The condition shes referring to is called "Sleep Apnea". Its moments where your breathing stops infrequently. Its not something "spiritual" like jinns.

Its brought on by obesity, smoking, stress and sleeping pills. Anyway...I suggest you read up on sleep apnea.

It happens to me every now and then. It was scary as fuck at first, but I slowly made progress about making myself aware of the situation, and waking up myself. It doesn't faze me now.

I don't know why it happens, or how it happens, but I swear I get the strangest dreams possible. I see every kind of shit in there.

It used to happen with me a lot of times when I was young. I could breath but I couldn't move and saw some dark strange shadow type of things in my room. I'll be glad to do this again but I have heard one can lose his/her life too, it's dangerous, or am I talking about walking out of body . Check that thing it's the best.

It happens to me regularly due to my bad habit of sleeping on my back........ Its annoying and has gotten less scary due to the frequency at which i have them...it feels like i am trying to wake up and using my full strength to move a muscle but am unable to......

In my case its due to sleeping on my back which causes problems with spinal nerves feeling like being paralyzed......(I once mentioned it to a friend and he suggested to give sadqah and i was ready for it ....what a fool i was)......

There are other reasons for other people so research symptoms for what is causing yours.....

Anyway THIS is not an experience anybody would want......It has made me scared as shit of locked-in syndrome

An avid sleep paralysis victim here.
I experience it mostly when i'm stressed mostly like in exams or depressions. I don't fear when it starts to happen because I know what's going on.
I kinda like it actually now, lol.

It mostly happens when you're stressed or didn't get appropriate sleep.

there is no jin or dian sitting on people in sleep paralysis, it is just that the brain is not communicating with muscle, and paralysis is not a fun.

If some dine or jin sits on me in sleep i will be glad. it can also happen when sleeping on side.

I am using nootropics and from where you have heard about that lucid dreaming

Lucid dreaming is awesome. I've done it successfully only 2 times. Sleep paralysis is indeed scary but its nothing too serious.
