Okay, here is my story of the visit to his shop on my way back. I had spoken to him on phone after getting his number and had the address on my mind running .
Reaching the shop, I OBSERVED THE way he was dealing. Chor ki aulad..... Seriously Shop keepers have lost it. They want to become millionaires overnight.
Well he came to me and started talking to me about my concern. I was telling him in a tone which i mostly use, the non serious one. Trying to catch him, to see how he reacts ...
I told him that you have dealt with a client/customer named shahbaz regarding his repair about some latptop. Firstly he tried to pretend that he does not know's anyone...With continuous reminding, he tried to accept that knows the kid and it was his sisters fault by mis using the product under negligence.
He has no warranty offering as he has got the laptop repaired from a third party and they do not offer warranty...
To my confusion, ASKED HIM, what sort of techinican does not know what he his doing and cannot re repair the item if fault arises. What is the use of being a techician if he cannot diagnose the problem.
I laughed and told him that he might have kept the laptop for 3 days and returned back to the customer/client by saying it is repaired ( although he never touched it )....
Seriously the guy, got offended and said. I cannot help u ... I said Soch loo... then.....
After having a few pressure words like
"SOOCH LOO BHAI, AP He bhehtari kay liye hai "... Another person in the shop got annoyed and tried threatning me that he does not know's us, blah blah. He shared the word that " Kia hum ko dhamki day raha hai, Chal nikal yehan sey.... "
One word from my side " yaar jo karna hai, may dukaan mei hoon. Ap ki property pay hoon, aap ka jo jee chahiye, case bana do. Magar us kay baad mujhay nahe kehna kay mei nay aap ko warning nahe di...Kuch bhi case bana doo, mei dekhna chahta hoon kay aaj koun hai Abuses will lead to bany ka bacha jo mujh pay case bana day.... Us banday ko meri taraf sey salute hai, jo case bana kar mujjhay ander karwai... "
I litterally was annoyed and was in the mood to clobber the guy if he would have moved an inch more further.... The owner stopped it and said kia masla hai. I explained him and said that I am going to use force if I have on your Ethical practices and ripping of clients.
The guy wanted to share some physical pushes, I was trying to be nice to him.... In the end I pushed him against the wall and Flashed my Official card where I work...
Withing 30 seconds of reading the card " The guy calmed down saying , Oh aap nay phelay keun nahe bataya kay aap kahan sey heain... "
Son of a butcher changed his statements. He apologized and said that bring the kid along with you and get the laptop repaird.
Even said in the end " HUM AP KAY TABAY DAR hai.... Galti maaf, kaam hojaie ga aap ka "
I never want to use force on anyone, It is not in my ethics, But ppl like these... They have to really taught a lesson at times, that members that observe silence are not innocent...
Well, I just did it cause your money is important... I do not need thanks for any reason. Glad that i could be useful to someone at difficult times..
Now @ Shahbazi, set up a time with me after Eid to see what is this guy all about.... I want to see how much courage he has on what he has said....
He is a aga khani like you Shahbazi. I thought same community ppl were helpful to each other.....
@ Rizwan Broken Man... Kabhi zindagi mei Consumer court ka rasta dekha hai ? Agar dekha hai to ja kay ek case register karwa dena merit pay.... Demag thekanay pay aajaie ga tumhara...
Give shahbazi some serious advice which you actually experienced.... Most of the members just give comments and in the end they are not aware how to approach the authorities...
Be sensible mate when someone seeks help...
