Several Companies are proposing to start this service in the US and Europe with a possible expansion into India as well where cremation is widely used.

Basically passed away person is cremated...
Then his ashes will be processed into a micropowder...
Then a 3D printer will be used to make a collectable figurine of your choice.

P.S. im not a supporter of this or cremation... i just find it chit chat cafe relevant lol.
