I'll bet none of us has a higher internet speed than my cousin in USA he's streaming HD episodes from Hulu.com with 0.0000% lag!!

His speed is 94 MB/s!!!!!!!!!

approx 10mb per second dl speed isn't bad mate. it's excellent, as im having 2mb per second download speed @ 24mb connection

Im happy what i have and , never got impressed from other countries when it comes to this stuff coz i know what are level is and at this stage its quite good too..Just see india , they curse their internet of having too high rates..
And yes 10-20Mb is a norm in Europian countries..
Check out what Verizon are offering there..NOS << new thing which can offer upto 100mb of speed which means about 10-11mb of download speed..

the key word here is consumer based.. youll see much faster internet in universities as a lot of them usually have internet that cant be launched on a large scale but works perfectly for universities..

i am very happy with Paki DSL, its not much but what ever they are offering is still better than others if u compare with some countries where they had DSL before us and are still stuck at crappy speeds and high price where Pakistan went ahead of them much quickly.

In Hong Kong, PCCW Netvigator has launched 1Gbps internet connection on Fiber!!!!!! :|
that's abt 120 MB/s downloading speed......!!!!!!!

KDDI R&D Laboratories have collaborated with Japan’s National Institute of Information & Communications Technology (NICT), where their partnership resulted in the most advanced fiber optic cable in the world.
Just how advanced, you ask? Well, both parties are proud to announce that this new cable is able to move data at unprecedented speeds of up to 10 times faster compared to what existing cables can. In layman's terms, this means a whopping 30 terabits per second compared to 3 that we're "enjoying" currently. To make the scale even more unbelievable, that is the equivalent of 720 DVDs of two hours each transmitted to the other end within a second. KDDI hopes to commercialize this technology (how else are they going to recover the funds that were sunk into making this technology possible?), and hopes to connect all major Japanese cities with this new cable in the future, racking up a $210 million bill in the process.
