Meaning the former deeds are fine as long as you are discreet enough and avoid being caught. Death is the great leveler and then it wouldn't really matter whether you harmed someone or not.

Nope the pain and hurt should be enough for someone to not do them.

On the contrary shouldnt you be more worried about there being a never-ending nothing after dying, as opposed to the prospect of an eternal life afterwards? (provided you go to heaven ofcourse)

Oblivion is a much better place than heaven.

What will you do to keep yourself happy for all ETERNITY? Eternity is a REALLY long time, wouldn't you go crazy?

On the other hand oblivion actually is a resting place. You just enter sleep mode and never come out of it.

Heaven is supposed to be an utopia; a place where everything is perfect, and where boredom will not exist, as the minds will be in an everlasting state of bliss.

I take the average human will find that a lot more appealing than a state of slumber out of which he will never be coming out, every inch of his existence will be erased a few meagre years after his death. I personally find it thoroughly depressing that a human being is a glorified lump of decaying matter, being driven by complex chemical processes in the brain, and in the end, will not amount to anything.

If I come to know that there is no afterlife ( I am putting religion aside in this one), just before I die, I will say "I let flora and fauna [plants and wildlife] consume on my body, just as my body consumed flora and fauna in my life" and die with happiness because I have at least done something for the world, even if it is insignificant.

I get what is Tyson saying, but if he wants to give back to the animals wouldn't leaving his dead body out in wilderness be more appropriate cause I fail to understand how the wildlife would consume him if he's buried unless fauna includes insects. Actually come to think of it if he's not buried how would that benefit the plants. That is a mindf*** of an answer for my feeble brain to grasp upon.
