besides software related features like smart pause, smart scrolling etc its more compact slimmer n lighter than anyphone of its class like Xperia Z n HTC One, though more powerfull, bigger battery, better n energy efficient smart processing, better GPU i heard its clock z gonna be 500Mhz (Mark My Words, its gonna smoke HTC One n Xperia Z in battery performance), Gorilla glass 3, Energy efficient super AMOLED.

Apart from the design and build quality, s4 is quite an upgrade from the s3. More ram, better soc, better screen, better battery, lighter and slimmer and the new touchwiz features. But if I were you, I will save my cash for note 3 or the next nexus as s3 and note 2 can pretty much handle everything.

Off course Note series feels better than galaxy but its not for my hands
My hands are too short for it, i guess.
n hell i heard GNote3 z gonna get even bigger with 5.9.
LG confirmed they are taking part in the next Nexus, so hopefully its gonna be LG Nexus 5 n i wanna stay away from LG wether its their own flagship or Nexus.

If you have S3 then it depends on following:
- You have too much money and you are itching to spend it.
- You are spoiled
- You are lazy and you can't modify your phone IF you feel its getting slugish

If you already own a S3, OneX or any phone with 1GB RAM currently ... there is no reason for you to change your phone NOW. (However, if you were to BUY a phone with 1GB RAM NOW, it'll be stupid as hell - Unless the price is right)

If you own a Note 2 currently, then there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. Period.

Other than that, if you want to buy a Galaxy S4 NOW, again ... not a good idea because of the extremely inflated prices at launch. Would be better if one waits around 1 month or so for the prices to come down at an appropriate level. (Plus, many imported/used phones will be in market by that time, at a price much fair than brand new's)

NO. ... price of a used Note 2 is also very inflated in market these days because of immense demand and likability of Note 2.

Better to wait for S4. It'll be around same price (give or take) of a brand new Note 2.

Well either way its fine. But i find it unlikely that there will be any significant price drop in the price of Note 2 after the release of G.S4. Note is kind of in a totally different league.

For the same price, i'd prefer S4.

Note 2 ONLY if there is a significant price difference between it and S4 (say, 15k for a start).

I have Galaxy S2 with official jelly bean. And i had no reason to upgrade even for S3. How much an FB, whatsapp, Tapatalk, Temple Run 2 and rest needs power to spend so much n find urself behind the next release?

Iphone 5 same screen quality as 4S, galaxy S4 better screen than S3.
Iphone 5 almost same camera as 4S, galaxy S4 completely new camera.
Iphone 5 same boring UI with a revolutionary 5th row of icons. Galaxy S4 is bringing lots of new things whether its ugly or not is not the matter.
Iphone 5 big increase in performance, galaxy S4 big increase in performance.
Iphone 5 looks worse than a 4S, galaxy S4 looks better than an S3.
Iphone 5 has inferior sound quality than 4S, I really doubt S4 will have worse sound than S3.

S4 looks the same as S3. It's neither better nor worse. But they're both shitty looking. Both iPhone 5 and 4S are decent looking.
Haven't tested the iPhone 5 in that regard.

Yes there is not much difference between iphone 5 and 4S screen not to my naked eye anyways. S4 certainly looks better than S3 due to that home button alone.

Acha I see thats what you meant. Actually S4 is a bigger upgrade than what S3 was to S2. S3 had same ram and same camera as S2.

Seems like Samsung is following in the foot steps of apple. iPhone 4S was a similar upgrade after 4.
Such flagships should bring innovation rather than a few features which could be incorporated into previous mobile via a software upgrade. It was really a disappointment this time around.
