Yes, I can. We have three group workout classes in fitness centre. So our instructor puts a high bpm music and then instruct us all the way to end. It really motivates and we are able to push ourselves a little over our limits.Can you keep the mind muscle connection with music !

Yeah sure, right now I got hold of more music so I'm setting up my playlist. I will inform you soon.I don't like music much, but it does help me keep myself focused in the gym. I usually work out much harder with music than without music.
