bro can u please help me with diet? i know about workout as i have been going gym for 1 year before... so need dietry tips or pm me please :(

sorry i don't know that gym... well i think treadmill will be the key plus full body workouts will be beneficial and take less carbs and less proteins and totally rely on fruits
need to lose 15 kgs ... thats why need a good diet plan .. can u help in that??

and 15kg me to diet normal hi ho haiy bcz agay winter season aa rha he and gajar k halvay se bacha ni ja sakta na

anyways whats ur cardio routines now? and in diet ajj kal mazy mazy k fruits aa rahien hien tu wo ho saky tu enjoy karo :) and coffee pio ,soup pio dry friuts etc

and dont worry if you wont lose the fats in this winter dont worry but just try not to use alot of butter in saag and makai ki roti :D

and dont skip your cardios and you will be fine n after this winter i'll ask the weight again for further suggestions , and yes the lipo6black.... you will notice the difference if you trust supplements ;)

I would like to clear here that cardio needs to be 30min (intense) before exercise 30 min (normal) after exercise for starters.
Note: Drinking a lot of water plays a vital role. Do take a water bottle at least 1.5Ltr with you on your way to gym.
Can add cucumbers for taste.

And i dont do weight lifts or push up etc...
For breakfast i take : 2 brown breads + 2 egg white + milk and honey
Slap the biceps off your gym owner for that.
2nd
Early morning:
1glass warm water 1/2 lemon + 1/4 tea spoon honey.
Breakfast: 4 eggs boiled (white), 2 slice brown bread, 1 cup milk (no sugar)
Mid break: mix fruit
Lunch: 1/2kg boiled chicken + 1/2 or 1 roti + Fresh salad.
Mid Break: Fresh juice.
After exercise: 3 boiled eggs (white)
Dinner: 1/2kg Boiled chicken/BBQ + Roti/white boiled rice.

This is for leaning and do not forget lippo 6 or shred matrix or ripped fuel. Which one available.
Pre exercise + post exercise products are optional.

Is eating paki foods like salaan roti (Qorma, Karahi stuff like that) unhealthy? If you want to bodybuild, do you have to give up pakistani type foods?

As being leaning criteria, yes half a kg (boiled). Can add up salt or pepper for taste.

Unhealthy, yes. For gaining boiled red meat, for leaning boiled white meat.
If want muscle there are protients.
If want to lean there are shredders.
Fruits are your friends
Meals and intakes with fats, carb, carbonates, sodiums, citrics, saturated or cholestroled cheat days, are big No-No.
If going Desi then should be able to boost the metabolism like wise.

I talked to GNC about muscle pharma products and they said they have no plans importing The Brand. Don't known why.

I didn't know that there is a workout discussion thread here in PG. I have been searching/reading and getting help from other forums. Anyhow now I have found it will get some benefits from other people advice.

About Me:

Body Type: Overweight
Weight: 97.6 Kgs

Started going gym and have completed one full month (yesterday) of mostly cardio and strength training daily.

Now current weight is 91.5 Kgs :dance1:. Hopefully by the end of this year inshallah I will be near 80 Kgs. Fingers Crossed. :GL:
