Sorry for the late reply. Have been busy in gym (getting below 90 mark) and some other work in last weeks. As for your question the trainer are qualified. It is a well known fitness centre belongs to Nestle known as "Fitness First". It is all over the world.

We use playlist to do cardio, abs, strength and cycling workout.


Edit: And yeah I almost forgot to mention the amazing "ZUMBA".

He was referring to one kg of chicken a day, he can boil it and use it, I like variation cant have the same tasting kilo the whole day. So yes I can't make 2 types of chicken a day while working full time and also trying to find time for my family. I cook my eggs fine and thats about it and I dont pity myself for lolz because I am happy to be able to do a lot of things other than cooking!

Why "lollllllllll zumba"?

I think doing something different from the usual workouts is a good thing. For me, its a change from my workout routine. When on day I don't workout I attend Zumba class, it refreshes your mind and brings out the dancer in you. :dance4:

But you are still working out even though you are dancing.

this is not a big deal.whenever you will gain size your abdominal will be bigger.take protein and abstain fats and drink warm water.your belly would be thin and it will not burn your torso muscle.

Guys need advice...... I am 5'9 and currently 71kgs....I started doing stronglifts 5x5 four weeks ago after couple of weeks of cardio. My primary objective at starting was loosing body fat especially pot belly.... I currently am on a fix diet, eating 2 times a day. When i started almost month and a half ago i was 75kgs. I decided to start the stronglifts program as i read that putting on muscle is also a good way of losing fat ... Currently in fourth week, accordingly with the schedule i am doing benchpress 30kg, overhead press 30kg, barbell 40kg and deadlift 55kg. There is no squat rack in my gym so i am stuck at 38kg as i believe anymore and i wont be able to safely lift the barbell over my head and softly onto my shoulders.

The problem is that i believe due to my less eating, i am not strong enough to carry on with the linear progression of the program even at such an early stage. I mean, i have seen couple of guys of my height and maybe 5-6kgs extra in weight easily benchpress around 25kgs on their first day and though i try sticking to the program and started at a low weight of 20kg, it still takes a lot of my effort to benchpress 30kg. I think i have weak arms especially my left and am thinking of putting the program on hold and doing dumbell training...will that help?

Putting on muscle is good but currently my object is flat stomach and fat loss.

So where should i go from here??

arms are looking large in pic infact delts are larger and every thing is in proportion, and i am a bit leaner too.

hmmmm i like this jeans bec its very comfortable and gives me a kind of v shape
