ok guys i have this question. I am doing arm exercises (bi-ceps, tri-ceps,etc) and butterfly at gym. I want to burn my fats which are on my tummy, are these exercise enough for the fats? Or should i start abs exercise to burn them? I asked my trainer, hes such a feather-brained, he told me to stick with this exercise and when my body will get shape, the fats would burn automatically. What are your views? What should i do??
