guys does chinese food ( egg fried rice with gravy) has any thing to do with gaining weight?? i just got few kgs iam still skinny but gained 2kg from 43 to 45kg and one thing more my digestive system is working much better with this stuff , any suggessions to gain weight? (basically im and auditor and have to eat lunch from hotel/restaurant and as im living out of my hometown ( at flat) i cant get home made food thats why i have problem in arranging quality food that doesnt torture my digestive system and through hit and trial i found that apples are also good for digestive system) its the first time ive seen my weight above 43 otherwise for years i was stuck there so any suggessions to reache atleast 50?

Gaining and losing weight is all about calorie intake, if you want to add mass you go for calorie surplus and if you want to loss weight go for calorie deficit. I recommend people to download fitnesspal app it is very helpful for keeping your calorie, fats and carbs intake in check.

Skipping meals slows down your metabolism and it also reduces a chance of burning fat you might loose weight but you also loose muscle mass and since we are building muscle here we need to retain muscle.I suggest dividing your meals in to 3-4 smaller meals. Take protein shake after your workout because the amino acids repairs the damage muscles.

THe trainer said have 3-4 bananas and juice before gym...

It was light anyways...

25kg in wings , 25 in butterfly and 3kgs in bicep.

5kg in the straight rod...

Good enough for a SKINNY BEGINNER???
what is this? chicken wings? Your weights for exercise are a bit messed up. I never trusted the trainers locally sometimes they are helpful giving you a correct form for exercise. My change in body physique was all about extensive research and i gained alot of lean muscle in some months.

Choosing weight is all about trail and error it takes time if you are beginner. I will recommend choose a weight where you can't do one more rep after 12 reps if you can it means you have to increase your weight.

for fat loss do skipping just for 2 months and you will shred 8-10kg easily esp. effective for tummy
Guys, Guys, Guys. Yar i am not a fat guy. I think i am starting to get fat. And i want to overcome this taught of mine.

if u are seeing that ur abs are destroying then it the time for u to control on ur diet.. and start ur workout of abs again
u see that i dont like abs personally as making them is hell of a job while it destroys in little time

Decide urself first that if u are willing to gain mass then u have to destroy your abs completely.. coz thats normal.. u eat heavy belly gets heavy

u see that i dont like abs personally as making them is hell of a job while it destroys in little time

But only i am talking about I dont want a fat belly. A round belly, one of my worst Nightmares ..... :(

i am suffering from huge bellys :crying: since left exercise for 1.5 years.. though no exercise but diet remained same..

if u are feeling that ur belly is growing very quickly just start workout before it gets too late..

Yep now i have got a balanced belly but sides are a bit bulky. Going gym regularly man. Seriously :)

^You can't burn fat off specific areas, there is no spot burning. You burn fat from all over your body by doing cardio. You can do all the crunches you want but you won't get a flat belly. :D

Abs are made in the kitchen, you wont shed belly fat even if you do 1000 crunches and cardio. Like i said before you need to have good diet and go for calorie deficit according to your body weight. HIIT training for cardio has been proven effective for fat loss without losing muscle. Doing 1 minute walk and 1 minute sprint for 10-15 minute. You shouldn't do it daily because you will suffer from muscle fatigue and over-training so i suggest doing 2-3 times a week.

I need your advice about diet. I am kinda off a skinny guy. I joined the gym so that I can gain some weight and give some shape to my body. What should I eat and what should I avoid? Are there any good food supplements that I can take because I am usually ignorant about my diet? I miss a meal or two almost daily. I usually cover that up with Lays, Biscuits and coke. So which changes should I bring to gain some weight?

ok so after quite a lot of laziness recently I joined the gym and this time i've decided to be regular and not quit it after a week or so. :p

I need your advice about diet. I am kinda off a skinny guy. I joined the gym so that I can gain some weight and give some shape to my body. What should I eat and what should I avoid? Are there any good food supplements that I can take because I am usually ignorant about my diet? I miss a meal or two almost daily. I usually cover that up with Lays, Biscuits and coke. So which changes should I bring to gain some weight?
Your body is ectomorph "Hard gainers" you need to eat alot of proteins, fats and carbs gain weight. Covering your diet with junk food is just messing with your health too. 4-5 smaller meals for proteins eat eggs, lean chicken breast and beef and carbs also important since they give you energy fuel when you workout eat white/brown rice, wheat bread and almonds. In snacks eat some fruits like apple or banana whatever you like.

i have a straight stomach Alhamdulliah, my body outlook is like a builder. I started doing gym almost 2 years ago and i have been swimming since childhood. Now a days im starting to look like a broad builder which i dont like so im swimming daily with NO GYM at all. It did make a difference in my body shape. Point is if you cant run or dont like running then start SWIMMING, its a full cardiac exercise.

Aite. What kind of egg should I eat? Fried or boiled? and how many is like the limit in a day? People usually say that you shouldn't eat more than 2 in a hot day. What about chicken; fried, boiled or what?
