ok so after quite a lot of laziness recently I joined the gym and this time i've decided to be regular and not quit it after a week or so.
I need your advice about diet. I am kinda off a skinny guy. I joined the gym so that I can gain some weight and give some shape to my body. What should I eat and what should I avoid? Are there any good food supplements that I can take because I am usually ignorant about my diet? I miss a meal or two almost daily. I usually cover that up with Lays, Biscuits and coke. So which changes should I bring to gain some weight?
