it is... lots of professional and killer using them supplemennt.. it not just fazol but kamzoori of body builder
I doubt we have "professional" bodybuilders among them.

If you eat 3-4 eggs (2 complete and 2 just egg whites) on daily basis, I see no reason to use artificial nutrients.

I see a trend here where a lot of people believe in this notion that they need supplements, otherwise they don't grow -- which is just wrong.

i heard about egg has protein.. with milk and egg(desi egg) good real protein

you can have your protein shake , eggs + bananas + other things you can find in the kitchen should be added = great protein shake

its not specific ,

i mean anything eggs and milk and fruits are core ingredients , and you can also add , almonds , or any dry fruits , and other berries to change the flavor + any edible u think has protein in it and you can get easily, just add it and blend it and drink it , thats the best source of protein + cheaper ofc

its mean he buys in bigger packs ? and then sell servings to the gym members

thats why its cheaper i think :)

I don't know what you mean by "Desi Protein and Diet", but unlike others, i don't exaggerate on this diet thing. Its basic common sense that you have to eat, just enough to meet your daily required dose of calories.

Spoiler: show
Carbs = fast burning hence quicker source of energy (banana, bread, boiled rice etc).
Protein = long term source of energy, slow burning, add more muscle in long term (eggs, meat, etc).


I have never taken any artificial nutrients. (You can find my older post in this thread where i have stated about my 5-year full-on training/exercise in the gym - if you wish). Even now, when i have returned to gym (3 months ago), my daily post-workout diet includes just 3, 4 or 5 eggs (2 always full, with rest of the eggs' whites only). And if you listen to my daily busy schedule, you'd be surprised, and will definitely ask the question "how do i spare enough time and energy for this hectic routine".

Anyway, the whole point is ... forget about artificial stuff. Just eat your usual daily diet and you will be fine. You don't need to listen to any sort of crazy people who would ask you to spend thousands of rupees, just to achieve little gains. Do just enough to 'maintain' your body. Striving for absolute perfection will achieve nothing, but nothing stays forever ... not even life itself.

it depends upon your Intensity level if you work out for 2.5 hours your mind and body will be so much depleted that sold stuff will not provide you immediate energy which you need so than supps are a necessity. most of us lift like a girl and intakes all supps, even they have a small stomic.

if any body wants to built real mussels DO WHAT THEY DO , i mean to say follow kai green, ornalod and names like these. Lift like them eat like them spend like them. i spend around 12-14K just to fill my stomic with meat, potatoes, milk, eggs etc. without supps and thats nothing.

what kind of guy is that the takes per serving and dont sells ?
How do you know that he is not mixing steroids in those servings.... most likely for a big pump he is mixing and making kids happy

if you can afford supplements easily, like its nothing , then do it otherwise , eggs and stuff ababoliby mentioned is well
