I don't know what you mean by "Desi Protein and Diet", but unlike others, i don't exaggerate on this diet thing. Its basic common sense that you have to eat, just enough to meet your daily required dose of calories.
Carbs = fast burning hence quicker source of energy (banana, bread, boiled rice etc).
Protein = long term source of energy, slow burning, add more muscle in long term (eggs, meat, etc).
I have never taken any artificial nutrients. (You can find my older post in this thread where i have stated about my 5-year full-on training/exercise in the gym - if you wish). Even now, when i have returned to gym (3 months ago), my daily post-workout diet includes just 3, 4 or 5 eggs (2 always full, with rest of the eggs' whites only). And if you listen to my daily busy schedule, you'd be surprised, and will definitely ask the question "
how do i spare enough time and energy for this hectic routine".
Anyway, the whole point is ... forget about artificial stuff. Just eat your usual daily diet and you will be fine. You don't need to listen to any sort of crazy people who would ask you to spend thousands of rupees, just to achieve little gains. Do just enough to '
maintain' your body. Striving for absolute perfection will achieve nothing, but nothing stays forever ... not even life itself.
pardon me if you are being sarcastic, because i didn't get it.
