your body is heavy btw , and your muscles are not strong enough that can pull that much , so right now I'd suggest you to loose a lil bit and then try to make your arms strong , then u can do pull ups :)

My protein powder is finished , will be buying one tommorrow, any pre workout suggestions? I am now a days doind cardio and protein shake before workout gives a crazy pump :D

I need your help on the above mentioned topic. I recently bought a 1lb jar of ON 100% Whey protein, but I think that the product is fake. Can you guys help me figure it out. I am sure people who have been working out and using whey protein would have a fair idea about the genuineness of the product.

whatever product you may buy. just make sure before buying it that it is HALAL.
many people in the race of building up fast forget about such a CRITICAL value.

This goes for Protein Bars, Shakes & etc too.

hhahhaha dude ! what you want to do with this 1lb protein? 10 din b nahi chalna :p , best way is to buy from your local gym , if they are selling , i bought 50 servings for 4k

I have also start the GYM. 2 week passed..

can u suggest men good supplement.. i am skinny. 65kg weight.. aggo. waya b karana aye.. (marriage next year 10january); :wiggle:

Eat clean, eat more , lift heavy ,

For supplement creatine is your best friend , if you are new then buy a protein powder

which type Whey or standard one.. what is the name of supplement.. someone suggessted me BPI whey protein,

what is creatine.. where should i buy.. and geniune halal etc.. :wiggle:

they are halal , but only ultimate nutrition has halal certification , so get prostar if you want no confusion

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
