Galaxy S3 or HTC One X ?? Need to buy any one from them ASAP.

Xperia SP isnt better than S3.

Anyways I agree that at this point you are better off spending the extra money on a new phone but if someone already has an S3 and are happy with it then this is a killer accessory. And it does not change the fact that currently none of the new phones can give you that sort of battery life until the S4 gets its own extended battery from samsung. People have been asking for razr maxx like battery life in other phones and samsung provides it with the S3.

faced the same dilemma 6 months ago and settled on HTC One X

- Better Build Quality and actually looks like a Flagship Phone
- IPS Display beats AMOLED in my books
- HTC Sense 4+ is an excellent UI and despite previous iterations being touted as bloatware (3-3.6) 4+ is silky smooth and with Sense 5 on the horizon

This phone gets a lot of flake for having poor battery life but it lasts me a day easily and also these days in Office guys take turns playing F18 Carrier Landing on it all day

I know it isn't. I just like Sony phones. And Xperia SP seems like a good midrange option though it is more expensive than it should me atm.
The additional battery is indeed a good option for those who own a S3 and don't have money for complete replacement of the phone. S4 is indeed a marvel in all aspects. Comparing it to other phones is not fair atm.

Xperia SP would have been a fantastic phone but the 8GB(5GB usable) internal memory ruins the package. Pretty much all mid range android phones seem to get it horribly wrong as if someone buying a mid range phone wont be interested in playing alot of games. Its not like something like the SP is not capable of high end gaming because it most certainly is.

Anyways to the OP One X has better screen and better feel in the hand. S3 has it beat or matches it in pretty much everything else you can think of.

As far as the "look" of the device is concerned that is purely subjective. S3 is available in a variety of colors and some of them really do look good. Secondly S3 is just such a popular phone that it almost doesnt matter how it looks, everyone knows what phone it is and everyone knows its an expensive phone. I am talking about the "showing off" aspect of looks otherwise ofcourse it does matter how a phone looks for personal satisfaction.

sp scores higher in benchies than even xperia Z for a midrange phone the performance is more than stellar and would beat s3 by some margin as well... there are other problems though...

OVER ALL: OVER ALL I think S3 ........... but both are almost equal

Who says..... HOX camera is really good......... if compared with S3 ...... Otherwise the newer 2013 phones have much better camera

HTC onex . The hype about the S3 having better battery is quite old, both are almost the same. The one x has a better design and i personally prefer sense ui.

if you want key lime pie 5.0 update then go for galaxy s3 and if you have problem with samsung plastic then just get a nice looking phone cover
