its happen from eating spicy foods,hot fruits and thats all
i dont know its english jigar mein grmi
ok and after some this jigar ki grmi gonna make hepatitus c and thats why i need cold taseer fruits and juices to make my jigar good and healthy

You can try apples. Apples are great as a full iron source. How about apricots? They are out this season. I have seen cherries as well. What else.... bananas, are also great source of fibre. I don't think this is a season for cirtus fruits...those are dhanda in essence. Oh and pomegranates are out as well.

i think you have jaundice bro... am i right?? oh well whatever.... just bananas or mangoes will be hot but the rest are coooool.... get strawberries... get grapes.... get pomegranate aka anaar ( my fav)... falsa is wicked cool... get aaroo aka peach... get khubanee aka apricot... get imli aloo bukhara sharbat(the coolest thing in the world taseer wise)...

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.
