Banner is super awesome looking imo. Overall white isn't really easy on the eyes contrary to what the OP suggests i believe...

there should be option for theme changing, for member to select his own choice theme.

i cant look at new threads the same way as i used to look all day long just because of this white color....now am certain that this change is "beta" and not permanent so am wearing dark glasses to protect my eyes as a temporary remedy..:dance:

I am not disliking the whole white theme. Its just the green color and top banner. Infact i like white forums way more.
