Fiberlink wired my house and installed a box thingy in both the rooms it was ordered. I will have to wait till tomorrow or day after for internet access though.

Will keep you guys updated.

Sorry was busy yesterday. Fiber optic link was up as of last night. Hopefully they would have installed the router by the time i go home at 6.

Please provide any IP addresses you want tested for pings and trace.

Thanks Speedtest would be enough for me.And keep us updated about their service.

If possible, while connected via LAN cable, Run a couple of speedtests to UK, US, Singapore. Then:
Go here: Ping test - how good is your internet? | DSLReports, ISP Information and click on start. After one minute take a screenshot like this one:

Also run some pingtests for these IPs (UAE servers)
2.51.59.186
195.229.192.41
216.127.64.78

Well apparently I have to wait till morning for the router to be provided. Two days since fiber link is up and they are stuck on a 500 rs router.

frazgta, will do as soon as internet access is provided.

How many days did it take them to get the connection installed?

Replied to your PM. My house is very close to the NGT exchange and Ferozepur road. Which was the reason of quick ish installation and they told me I was their first residential customer in Lahore.
