Yes I called their UAN. With the new 19.5% internet tax in Punjab I'm going to wait till the end of this month to switch to fiberlink.
Whats the installation time usman have given you?

I don't have a receipt handy but it was 25th May iirc. I was told it could take up to 25 days.
If that's true congratulations to us being only the second country in the world after Bhutan to tax Internet services.
To be honest, thats still way better than PTCL DSL and Worldcall cable internet I'm using right now.
PTCL is the biggest scam in our country.
I get 1Mbps upload on my PTCL 8Mbps connection. I was expecting 10Mbps up/ down on fiberlink :^)
