Explain "Mummy Daddy" To Me

I've heard it in the context of "people who abide by the rules".
Actually, I've heard pretty much every negative connotation associated with this word so I'm curious for an exhaustive definition and the definition Major Aly intended to use when he used the word in relation with me.

People Nowadays call mummy daddy to those people who dont do stuff like Watching porn , smoke cigarettes and other things like that and NO these people arent mummy daddy they the people who know how to live their lives properly
and here are the true mummy daddy people as far i know , they are people who are nerds , stick to one thing only whether its Games , watching movies all day without doing any real life work at all , so when they gather in their social circle they dont know how to interact with people , how to talk with them , how to participate in grouped discussion regarding serious matters , all in all they are usually kids , coz u dont call a grown up men mummy daddy who are shy , dont have ability to talk within a group , BUT they can do all this in their own homes

Wht i know the term "Mummy Daddy" refers to as a "person having alot of 'nakhras' in everything", someone who is dependent on others....even for simple job.
