I'm currently on cm9, can you tell me how do I switch to miui? A handy guide can be helpful
1. Download the latest MIUI for Galaxy SII: miuiandroid_GT-I9100-2.8.24.zip
2. Transfer the file to SII, internal or external.
3. Reboot into recovery mode.
4. Wipe data/factory reset.
5. Wipe cache.
6. Wipe Dalvik cache.
7. Install zip from sdcard/internal sdcard.
8. After installation wipe data/factory reset again. (For some reason if I don't do this step, the phone goes into boot loop)
9. You're done.
i have xperia mini pro and using it unrooted can i xtract its default ringtones? or even after root ?
and which rom is best for it and also suggest the best kernal for good performance and batteryl life im not sure if kernal affects battery life but ive read on forums that batttery life on ics is worse than gingerbread

Here's the thread link, download the old ICS version and use it with dormax kernel until the JB version gets butter working.

Its basically Siyah more improvised, especially on the battery side.
I don't have to wipe my data when installling cMiui right? I have installed tons of apps and it will be khuwaari doing it all again
you will have to wipe as its using a different AOSP base.
You can backup all the apps in Titanium backup and use MIUI backup to store system stuff like homescreen configuration, messages, passwords etc.

hmm probably, if its working right then no problem or better flash the kernel again just to be on the safe side.
Getting a weird problem now, Although I have lots of space over 7 gigs Miui tells me I cannot install any new app due to low storage I looked on the internet and found many suffering from this, how do I fix this?

any new app or a specific app ? if its any new app than that's weird.If it's a specific app then I had a similar problem with titanium backup, had to delete a left over file to fix it.
what MIUI version are you using ? checked storage settings ?

even the storage settings mention this, I have two partitions I don't even know why so when I try to install HD games like Modern Combat or Asphalt 7 it gives me storage warning and then I cannot install any more apps
How do I fix this?

and I'm also on cMIUI 2.8.3, try changing the kernel perhaps ?

and there are always 2 partitions, one will be about 2 gig in size for apps only.

So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios. Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
