So basically what I understand is that your VDC should be verified from Telenor then it will work on PlayStore?

My easy Paisa account is verified, when I made my account telenor guy call me after few days and completed verification.

you still have to get it verified... i had to do it twice, now my daily limit is 50k. so thats a sign xD

Called them and they increased the limit. said it was some weird procedure or something xD

I called their helpline to ask why their app wasn't available on AppStore, and they said they have some technical problem, and their teams are working on it. He didn't say how long it will take before it will be available.

So I was successfully able to buy games from both Steam and Origin. Time to test Blizzard and Windows Store.

I will wait a little to see if I get any feedback.

PS. Any body knows a place to buy Cheap PSN and XBL subscriptions with this card.

Bad news for me, my card status on Google play store is "card ineligible"

That means I can't purchase on Google play anymore.

I was trying for (testing purpose) to use a paused card on Google play store and I was purchasing an in app purchase worth Rs 210 whereas my easy paisa account balance was Rs 90, so while doing that I first got famous error "card declined" then now my card is somewhat blocked.

I have complained about my stupidity on telenor number, and they have given me 72 hrs to get my issue resolved (I will get verification call in the meantime).

I can't believe I am saying this but I just tried Telenor/EP Virtual Card on Amazon, purchased a test giftcard and it works! 5 USD = 537.24 (107.448 per USD). I have SCB as well as UBL Debit Cards that I have tried using on Amazon since years but never worked on sites that did not ask for CVV code. I had to use Entropay + Bank Alfalah Credit Card all these years. This is definitely a good sign.

If you have used their app on Android then you'd know that it asks for permission to read SMS and that is binding - you can't use it if you don't give permission to read SMS, for security reasons i.e. you cannot enter the code manually in the app, the app needs to pick it up itself from the SMS. This is done for security reasons I believe. I don't think they are able to do this with iOS thus no version for App Store yet.

I recharged my number by using telenor app through easy paisa Account but I didn't receive balance even though Rs 250 deducted from my easy paisa mobile account which which I recharged.

I received these 2 SMS from 3737

Trx ID *******. Your account has been debited by Rs 250.00 to Telenor Online Store. The fee is Rs. 0.00. Balance Rs. 131.00

First check if ur Google payment Account is not suspended if so then verify it first then call telenor helpline to get ur VDC verified they will say ur card limit increased, it means they activated ur card, after that u can use it.
