Ok and which website can give me IDEAL Weight according to height ?
there are several website but everyone suggests different
there is no ideal weight... it is all bull... there is ideal fat ratio though... get that down... why destroy muscle and bone mass to get lighter? keep that and get rid of the fat and fat alone...

There is nothing called ideal weight.

Consider 2 people: 1 is heavy weight bodybuilder, the other is a thin person without muscles. If you check their weights, you will think that the muscular guy is overweight and the thin guy is healthy. But actually, it is completely opposite. The reason is that weight is not an accurate indicator: You need to measure your body's composition: How much percentage of fat do you have on you? The less the fat, more healthy you are. The bodybuilder is healthy because his fat is very low, even though his weight may be high because that weight is from muscle. The thin guy may have less weight, but he has more fat on him which makes him less fit (also called skinny fat). You can measure body composition by body fat callipers. Around 20% body fat for men is average. 10-15 % is fit.

i lost 11 kgs of weight while sitting on my ass all day in 1.5 months and that too without starving.... that sounds too good to be true but that is because people do not know what "good" diet is...

no need for all out protien or cutting carbs or anything like that... all you need to do is intake "fiber"... and plenty of it... stop eating "saaaaaaaalun" that we pakistanis make... stop eating that... eat boiled veggies with fiber(not raw)... eat fruit like apples and bananas(plenty of fiber)... eat whole grain wheat(with plenty of that fiber) and a good source would be imported digestive biscuits... bran bread and other good sources like getting that wheat chalker in a store(they sell them in some places)... just remember NOT TO EAT our saalun or gravies ... never ever eat them... good fiber diet and a few calories less than your required daily intake... 1200 calories is good as that will not let you starve and will let you burn fat even while resting...

now how to eat... eat every hour or two hours... but very small meals... the key to fast metabolism and fat burning... you can walk for an hour or 2 as well... if you wish...
If you are in a caloric deficit, then yes, fiber will probably fasten results. But I love biryani, quorma, kadahi, sweets and what not. I would much rather enjoy food and be fit than eat boring food and become fit :p

no one really fit eats that food... ever hear of olypmic athletes eating such stuff? oh no... never... 90% of people have stomach problems and it happens due to these things only... i know that for sure...
