Because Dear Bhai jaan i am totally underweight pehlay jab main nay apnaa weight check kiyaa thaa in december 2011 it used to be 55kg and TAUBAA ALLAH MUAAF KARAY ab jab kay main nay kuch din pehlay check kiyaa hai 50kg hoo gayaa hai ??? and i swear to GOD i really want to increase weight healthy and fit !! i am starting to think that i should try out sumo wrestlers technique to increase weight its quite dangerous but it has the wonderful results of increasing weight i saw it on National Geographic Channel documentary about japan sumo wrestlers they drink a large big glass of fine pure BEAR just before sleep and after drinking it they sleep for 5 to 6 hours!!! and it really makes them huge heavy fat and as a result increase in weight !!! so kindly help me out dear brothers all t he fitness experts professionals !!

^dude now listen. u might wanna consult a physician for your case. if ur losing weight that quickly. something has definitely messed up your hormone levels. i havent used amino myself but id like to know who gave u that idea ? i mean there are thousands of supps for weight gains, there are natural methods that will definitely work. who gave u the idea to go for amino900? also i dont think u got the supplements from a reliable source.

is there GNC shop in your city? u can get SERIOUS MASS,MUSCLE JUICE, TRUE MASS etc etc from GNC. its the most reliable source of supplements. also the "BEAR" ur referring to, i think its also a supplement. its a russian supplement. if ur talking about beer(alcohal), i cant help u in that area.

what is your workout routine? do u workout any at all ? theres no magic pill that will just give u what u want. u have to workout. also i bet ur not eating properly(dont get it confused with eating too much, i mean properly). answer me this:

how much protein, carbs, trans fats are u consuming on daily basis?

sorry for late replying. i got a job + i workout + im feeling very ill these days.

nobody has ever missguided me in this case i bought this Amino fuel 900 RANDOMLY i have bought this from a very well know reliable source a very famous drug store and kindly dear brother read it thoroughly and tell me is it gonna work increase weight or not ??? and if and only if you think there might be something messed up with my hormonal level or my testosterone are down what are the symptoms kindly i am so much worried about my self .. and MASHALLAH ALLAH KA SHUKAR HAI i done see any negative weakness or any problems walking ?? kindly provide your info in detail !!! i know you must be very tired right at this moment but this is my utter most request to help me out in this case !!!

@Joker I used to lift lots of weigh a couple'a years back. Kept it up for a good 2 years, jogging, weight lifting etc all that stuff. Then i got lazy and quit lol. I could lift quite alot back then and was pretty fit and pretty strong and muscular too. But now my situation is quite sad too many soda and junk food and all my muscles is gone (I know they're still there but there's fat on top now xD). And to top off i think i am addicted to junk food.


Any tips?

and my dear brother i know all the details information of whey protein i am personally a student of Government College so i in order to buy a original whey protein power i have to save my 6 months pocket money .. but this is not the case !! kindly help me out !! i have bought amino fuel 900 made in lahore and paki product is it good or bad ?? and BEER before sleeping or beer before going to bed for weight gain increase in weight ?? and i have been drinking banana milkshake 5 to 6 bananas every day with one haleeb pack milk in morning breakfast everyday from 2007 to 2011 i have left using it !! and not a single increase in weight :( :( :( :( :( i have started going gym from last 2 weeks MASHALLAH going great !!

Screw all that whey product stuff if you can't afford it do it the old school way with natural foods. Eat lots of egg whites, meats etc. Stop on junk food and eat healty and protein filled food. Combine that with good muscle excersices ever other day or even 4-5 days a week and you'll be buffed in no time.

dude u gotta eat properly and enough if u wanna increase your weight. without that no matter how many supplements u take, they wont effect u . seriously, how can u think about increasing weight when u havent eaten egg in nearly 4 years ? :S

dear brother u have given me a proper advise which is very much useful .. my main motive is to increase my body fat mass and i have no intention to increase muscle mass as its not necessary .. and to be very much clear dear brother i have left eating bananas milkshake as daily routine morning breakfast i have stopped it from this year January just because the market owners illiterate foolish bloody fools people heat up bananas burn the bananas with the carpate chemical i hope you understand what i am trying to make you clear .. the chemical use to burn up heat up bananas and make it yellow from green a very harmful and artificial way .. i have seen this method in a big huge bananas owner show .. whos 4 to 6 trucks full of bananas comes up in the morning everyday !! they get green natural bananas and heat up with this chemical for about 4 to 8 hours CARPATE .. this chemical burn and blasts like a firecracker when a person spits on it !! its a child splay .. Kindly help me out .. i know bananas are the greatest source of potassium multi vitamins vitamin b6 b12 .. i am really stressed and confused :( :( :( :( :( :(

okay. so ive been wanting to do this for quite sometime now. In this thread ill be sharing tips for living a healthy life. The other body building thread is all about lifting weights. It doesnt tell you about the nutrition and the workout routine you must incorporate in your daily routine. so i had a talk with shyber and he gave me a green light. Please note that when i say diet, it doesnt mean that i refer to the conventional way of diet as seen by most of us (i.e. leaving everything and starving yourself) . what i mean is simply your daily intake of food.

The purpose of this thread:
In this thread ill be sharing diet tips for the under and overweight folks. i will share the methods personally used by me over the course of my transformation of 2 years and the knowledge i gathered from different places. What beginners are most worried about when they think about going on diet is where to start. they will google it and maybe goto bodybuilding forums but they wont understand a thing coz those guys talk about really advance stuff.it happened to me too.

okay now that you have decided to live a healthy life. you can continue reading below.

First things first :
Firstly, you have to have a rough idea about the weight you should have. how much u have to gain/lose . To do this, you will roughly calculate your BMI(body mass index) and BF(Body fat %). you can use this site to calculate your BMI. when i started back in 2010, my weight was nearly over 110KGS. so i had to nearly drop 40KGs. currently i weigh 74KGS with a 31" waist. my lowest ever record is 72 with a waist of 30".

Its all about your mindset:
The most important thing that plays part is, how badly u wanna do this. It all starts in your mind. you can go on a healthy diet for a week or two but if u dont have a strong mindset,you will give up eventually. your motivation to this cause plays a vital role.Trust me on this, and you can ask the whole karachi team PG, i dont eat garbage no matter how much yummy it sounds or no matter how many ppl are eating it infront of me. if you are not loyal to yourself u cant do it. i havent had pepsi in God knows how long. im still living right ? one of my personal fav motivational quotes from the BB forum is "you have been giving yourself excuses for your whole goddamn life, its time to shut the hell up and train" and like arnold said "The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent."

The science behind nutrition:
Your body is just like anyone else's. you can shape it like arnold too. u gotta tell yourself that ur just like the rest. u gotta leave the "my body stores fat thats why im fat" mindset behind u. theres no rocket science involved. you can do it too if you put your mind to it. The one simple rule for cutting is "eating less". if u eat less, your body will start using the stored up fat and u will lose weight as a result. You have to calories you should intake for a healthy cutting. This is done by using the following method.

  • Convert your weight from pounds to kilograms. Take your weight in pounds and divide it by 2.2. For example: 190 lb / 2.2 = 86.3 kg;
  • Convert your height from inches to centimeters. Take your height in inches and multiply it by 2.54. For example: 67 in. x 2.54 = 170.1 cm.
Listed below are the equations, for both men and women, in order to calculate your Basal Energy Expenditure (BEE). Your BEE is the amount of energy you need in order to maintain your weight with no activity level. Therefore, your BEE is also equal to your total calories needed when you are active and trying to lose weight.

  • Males:
    66 + [13.7 x (weight in kg)] + [5.0 x (height in cm)] - [6.8 x (age in yrs)] = BEE (in calories);
  • Females:
    655 + [9.6 x (weight in kg)] + [1.8 x (height in cm)] - [4.7 x (age in yrs)] = BEE (in calories);
After calculating your BEE (Basal Energy Expenditure, or target daily caloric intake for fat loss), you have to break up your calories into at least 6 meals a day. This is simple enough. For example, if your BEE is 1300, then 1300 calories divided by 6 meals = 216 calories per meal.

What should you eat:
Protein is the most important nutrition that we simply chose to ignore.it helps in losing fat and increasing your muscle mass. your ideal diet should consist of :

40% protein, 40 % carbohydrates(ill refer to them as carbs simply) and 20% of good fats.

NOTE: A minimum of 10% fat is required or a serious essential fatty acid deficiency can develop.you can use the following chart as per your need.

  • Include 2 to 4 servings of fruits each day.
  • Include 3 to 5 servings of vegetables each day.
  • Include 2 to 3 servings per day of calcium rich dairy products like milk, yogurt and cheese group.
  • Include 2 to 3 servings per day of high-protein foods like fish, poultry, meat, dry beans, eggs and nut groups.
  • Include 3-6 servings per day of Whole grain foods like rice, bread, cereal etc
  • Include 20 to 30 grams of fiber like oats, wheat bran, raisins, vegetables, grains etc. each day
  • Use fats, oils and sweets sparingly for energy.
  • Limit salt consumption.
THE DO NOTS OF CUTTING:
  • DONOT starve yourself. if u think that starving yourself is the answer to losing fat, u couldnt be more wrong. If you starve yourself, your body will hold on to all the fats thats already stored inside you . in other words you wont lose a damn thing. you can say that its a built-in mechanism to prevent fools from self terminating.
  • DONOT keep yourself thirsty.
  • DONOT workout with a heavy tummy.by that i mean dont goto workout after having a nice samosa/jalebi. ill append the post/pre workout shakes that u have to take.
  • DONOT eat anything late at night.
THE DOS OF CUTTING:
  • DIVIDE your meal into little meals of 4-6 times per day.
  • workout atlease 3-4 times per week.
(thats all i can think of right now.ill update from time to time)

SUPPLEMENTS/STEROIDS USAGE:
many many ppl asked me in gym if i used any steriods. Personally im against steroids(any kind), but if u really wanna use them. i can tell u which one to take and from where in karachi u can get them. ive seen guys in my gym using steroids and i can tell u even after that i feel much better than them. But i have used protein based supplements. i can also tell you where to get them. ask me in this thread and ill write a detailed note on it.

FAQS: (these are the questions that guys ask me in gym.even tho im not a personal trainer, i try my best to help)

Q) I just wanna lose my belly fat. How can i do it?
A) when you lose fat, u lose it overall from your body. u can however do exercises for your abs. i personally hit my abs hard 2-3 times a week.

Q) is there any pill which i can use to lose fat?
A) there i no magic pill. even after all the supplements, u gotta work your ass off.the suppliments only give u a little bit of energy to do all that. the motivation is inside you.

I think thats it for now. ill post my before/after pic for a bit of motivation for you guys .that pic was taken like 5 months ago. im so much better toned than even that right now. i didnt have any abs in that pic but right now i gots it :D

Beginner's Workout:

Start by working out 3 days a week on non-consecutive days. meaning u will take a day off after every workout day. start your day by eating clean food. DONOT eat any junk food specially on your workout day. ok so lets assume that u will start your workout at 7PM. boil 2-3 eggs at like 6pm. throw the egg yolk and eat the whites only. egg whites contain solid protein. so ull have some energy during workout. u can also eat 1-2 banana before workout.

ok so basically there are 6 muscle groups that u will be toning.
  • Chest.
  • Wings or LATS.
  • Shoulders
  • biceps/triceps.
  • Thighs
  • Back
I wont recommend the last 2 for beginners. ill add an article for thighs and back in detail. my theory is that thighs and back require serious concentration and if not done carefully, i have seen some guys in gym who got their knee cap displaced coz of wrong workout of thighs. ill try to add a video guide of thighs and back. but i kid u not, thighs is the most important muscle group that everyone simply chooses to ignore. u mustve seen so many guys in your gym with a good upper posture but having chicken legs. no matter how good your upper posture is, it wont be any good without your legs.

also note that once ur in rhythm, u SHOULD start doing leg exercises as early for a good balanced posture.

do a 5min warmup before starting working on any of the muscle group. u can do following for warmup exercises.

  • PUSHUPS

  • PULLUPS

  • FULL MILITARY STYLE SITUPS

NOTE FOR ALL THE EXERCISES:
The first week do all 4 sets for 8 reps.
The second week do all 4 sets for 9 reps.
The third week do all 4 sets for 10 reps.
The fourth week do all 4 sets for 11 reps.
The fifth week do all 4 sets for 12 reps.
If you got all of the required reps on the fifth week then increase the weight by 10% and repeat the cycle. If you didn't get all of the reps on the fifth week then repeat the cycle with the same weight. You shouldn't need more than one minute rest between the warm up sets and you shouldn't need more than one minute thirty seconds between the work sets.

now lets take a look at the CHEST exercises. these include.


WINGS or LATS:
  • LATS pull down (both front and back) . Take a look at how he does it. do it exactly like that. note that when ur working your lats. u gotta remain still and then pull it. DONOT i say again DONOT yank the bar and lean all the way back. u dont have to add alot of weight if u cant do it.
  • Seated rows. Again take a closer look. DONOT lean back and pull it.
  • T-BAR (my personal fav :D )

SHOULDERS:
  • Front Lateral Raises
there are many more shoulder exercises. ill add from time to time.

now comes my strongest feature :D biceps/triceps.

BICEPS/TRICEPS: note that biceps/triceps are small muscles group. if you train them more coz u wanna have a ripped looking biceps, chances are u wont have them. train them like u do any other muscle group.
Well that concludes the workout programs. ill modify/add in the future. also please refrain from posting irrelavent/troll posts. it took me 2hrs to organise/post this workout. the least you can do is not troll here .

in my next post, ill post some very cheap recipes of home made protein shakes.

As u all know, protein helps in building muscles and it cuts out fats. It also gives u a pre-workout energy boost. These are the protein shake recipes including protein powder. These are easily available in market. prices range from 2000-3000 depending on the quality/quantity of the pack. it normally lasts for 1-1.5 months depending on your usage. im personally using this one right now.


First of all, if u think u cant afford it, u should stick to the natural protein sources. like simply eat 2-3 boiled eggs 15 mins before workout (without yolk), or drink skimmed or low fat milk.

Recipe # 1: my fav coz its easiest to make
pour 2-3 scoops of protein powder in a glass of cold water. stirr it and drink it.

Recipe # 2:
little less than cup of low fat milk
2 scoops whey
several strawberries
1 nutella.


Recipe # 3:
Banana Mocca
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup milk
2 banana
1 tablespoon instant coffee
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend until smooth

Recipe # 4:
Black Forest
1 scoop Chocolate Protein powder
1 cup water
10 frozen Strawberries
6 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend until smooth

if u guys like these, ill post more of these. basically, the theory is to make something that has high protein content. u can take it before/after workout.

And oh yes, I had started working out since Monday and it certainly feels good. My underarms and triceps hurt already. ;)

Oh, and btw I really thought I was supposed to have these protein shakes 20-30 minutes AFTER workout since they repair the muscles that undergo wear and tear during workout.

What I do is, I have ONLY 2 bananas 20 minutes BEFORE workout, and then 20 minutes AFTER workout I have 4 boiled eggs and 5 strawberries blended in skimmed milk, before dinner.

Does that make sense, and do you really think this is enough in my case meaning that I won't exactly need to try any of those protein shakes YOU mentioned up there if I persist with my plan (I can't afford protein powder and stuff like that so I suppose I ll have to)?

yeap. it will hurt u for a while. thats why i told u not to start with thighs. thighs are the biggest muscles. imagine your thighs being sore for 4-5 days. u seriously wont be able to sit in the toilet :p

u can have protein shakes before workout too. they give u energy boost. u cant take too much protein. the ideal amount is 2gm per kg u weigh. so if u like weigh 80KGs u should have 160gm approx protein per day. i bet u wont be taking even 100gms. pro builders even take it during workout. but u have just started. if u think u feel lack of energy during workout, then id suggest increasing the amount. otherwise, ur good.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
