Same case with my brother. 95 KG to 73 KG. He has been exercising for the past 4 months while I lie on the couch and play PC games lol.
He says that crunches, squats, running (6 miles every 2 days), protein shakes, and myfitnesspal.com help alot.
crunches alone will do u no good. i can show u articles of guys with solid packs. they dont even do crunches once a week. your diet plays an important role. also a solid cardio is necessary.
Squats. i wont recommend it to beginners. coz if ur not doing it properly, u can seriously damage your knee cap. andt the pain that follows for 3-4 days after squats will be unbearable for beginners.
protein shakes. yes they do play a vital role. ill post some good protein shake recipes for u guys.
Man I really need to meet you! This is friggen amazing. I was actually looking for such help and bang here I see this. Also tell about having Black Coffee before working out/running or doing any exercise helps burn more. And having hot water instead of cold. Green tea after eating any meal. Also one more mind blowing tip y brother told me was to wear an UPPER (Jacket) while working out or running on a t-shirt, and do not take it off till you're done as it makes you more warm and makes you sweat faster. Results would be there much more earlier than the original time
black coffee contains a good amount of caffeine which inturns helps in burning fat. so yes u can drink it anytime u want. i am a coffee guy myself
cant live without it no matter how hot it is.
and as for the upper goes. basically the theory is that u dont wanna catch cold air when your muscles are all warm. so yes its a good idea.
