Well at least it ended. They could have done much better if they stopped around episode 10 or so of this season with Dexter leaving. Or They could have stopped after season 4.
the series had about 3 good seasons in the first 4 seasons... after that it was just crap and horrible... we should be thankful that the pathetic mouth of Jennifer carpenter is over...
Finale was BAD !! Really bad ... I mean the same old "balancing the dark passenger with the fake life" based end they could have done a lot better without making that much effort ...its like they didn't even try to give the series a Finale that it deserved !! Season 8 has NO LINK whatsoever with previous seasons !! Entire season felt like just a normal season or even worse !! Characters of Zach and Saxon were so weak
neither the last episode was solid nor the last moments, Saxon did not come off as the "biggest bad" to face Dexter, that was Trinity so far. Also, season 4 had the perfect ending. Dexter is not a "hero", he does not get to walk away, sure Deb died, but shit, deb was a Abuses will lead to ban to begin with. Rita's death was the ultimate price Dexter had to pay.
Huh? Her being a b*tch had nothing to do with how important she was to Dexter, not to mention how integral a part of the show she was.
the anticlimactic way in which she is OK in one scene but dies of a freaking BLOOD CLOT in the next just ruins the thing for me.
again, i find it baffling that the series made so little of Rita, DEXTER'S FREAKING WIFE, death after the 5th season, not even a mention or flashback appearance in the finale.
also, fucking pen stab to death should have been much cooler than it was, it sounded good when dexter said it, but that idiot actors smirking face .. ugh.

^^Gotta agree with Chandoo on this, They didn't even bother to acknowledge Rita who was such an important part of Dex's life after she died. I haven't actually seen the last two eps and I don't really wanna bother anyways, Can't put myself through two more hours of this, This was one of the worst seasons in the entire show and they'd have been better off killing it after Season 4. it's just been a disaster after that, It's almost as if Rita was keeping the whole thing together lol
I think Dexter was one of those unique shows where the writers couldnt keep up with the thing they'd created. Trinity season was awesome, after that it pretty much sucked until Season 7 which was pretty good. Actually coming to think of it the season with that crazy apocalypse theme was great too, only the Lumen one and the second season sucked.
finally someone who thinks the same way as I do. Season 4 was by far the best season of Dexter! Trinity Killer was a great villain, after that season 7 comes in as a close second! Season 2 with that Abuses will lead to ban Lila was shit and Season 3 with that annoying Miguel Prado was even more shittier!!!
Was really addictive till Trinity season. Then it went way too downhill from there. No idea what writers were upto.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit. -

I have heard that it is now unplayable in countries which do not support handful of third world countries not recognized by Sony like Pakistan. Steam is a true global platform.Then they cry that console gaming is dying.
