^You seriously need to upgrade your connection. Next generation is gonna be bigger, you will just have serious problem with just 1 MB :p

As for the game, i am not really feeling it as a DmC game. Devil May Cry 3, the best entry in the series, had a class of its own. This one is nothing like that. The combat is simplified, it is so easy to get a SS or SSS ranking in style that it is not even funny. The highest ranking is SSS, this might take us some time not due to difficulty but because we have to find every little secret. Otherwise, i never died once and only get A or S in the ranking; that too on hard difficulty. My brother also finished the game quite easily and only had trouble at one specific boss fight.

This one also lacks some serious crazy weapons like the Nirvana of DMC 3. Overall, it is pretty good and fun game as a reboot but doesn't sit well as DMC. I have no complain whatsoever with the character of Dante. My rating for the game that i have played so far is 8.5. I doubt if it will change, once i finish it.

To all the people advocating 1080p PC gaming. It is actually getting funnier since most people here don't even own a proper 1080p display. They play games on lower resolution than 1080p and then talk about console games being locked at 720p :lol:

almost at the end and yeah the game is a very good reboot of DMC series...love the sick humor in it. now this is a DMC for 18+ only. combat is simple but enjoyable and stylish. my only issue with this game is the very few boss fights. previous game had boss fights in end of almost every stage but this game has like 6 or so. also the boss fights themselves are not that interesting either.

btw playing it on PC with 60+ FPS and i don't want to ignite that stupid argument again but this game feels way too slow compared to DMC4. specially the way dante runs and jumps but this does not mean a bad game at all. its just not that fast and hard anymore. still i m lovin every bit of it. will probably end it tonite.

Looks very emo-ish and childish lol. I still haven't started this game. But I can load this game day after tomorrow and post impressions then hopefully.

This game has a weird opening sequence. Just a heads up. <_<

It's been some time since I've played a DMC game but this one kinda feels slower. Plot seems to have more depth than attempted in any prior DMC game but I don't think I can still begin to appreciate the new Dante's design and animation/attitude.

finally played the game for a few hours,very interesting and the dialogue is awesome,plus the visuals are to die for but on PC,its extremely difficult to play with mouse+Kb no? Or it just me?

Seeing as you have Xbox, PS3 AND a PS2, just use one of the controllers. I played with a PS2 controller. Believe me, this was meant to be played with a controller.

My brother finished it on PC with Mouse + KB. So i guess, it can be played with a Mouse + KB but you can always use a PS3/360 controller.

All controllers are supported. But I can never remember those 1,2,3,4 buttons and which are which, so I always use Xbox360CE (controller emulator) for visually appealing A,B,X,Y,RT,LT buttons.

SOld every other platform other then PC! When i do something,i do it right ;)
But will get a good controller tho.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
