I don't usually go for the highest difficulty achievements, but this game has a very well balanced Impossible difficulty mode that never feels like the enemies being unfair.

Dead Space Remake is shoving its gay content down people's throat. I won't be buying this sh$t game or any game by EA.

The original game had no woke content. EA has 'upgraded' the script by adding LGBTQ+ scripts and characters.

You can't play Impossible on NG+ lol

NG+ only limits you to Story to Hard. Imposible must be beaten as a new game in order to unlock NG+ for it, it creates a separate save profile.

I thought I saw the option when starting ng plus mode. Maybe I am remembering it wrong. :/

Eh well, started hard on ng plus, and its a breeze. Impossible has same difficulty only difference is managing not to die start to finish.

Also, I switched to 60 fps mode for ng plus.

And Man, its smoooooth! The blood splatter and gore looks so tasty in high framerate but it looks noticeably soft.

No sign of VRS in performance mode too, looks like they scrapped it completely lol

Why even put such a shitty tech. in the first place!

Everything good about Dead Space 2023’s basic gameplay, combat, and narrative is a result of what Dead Space 2008 built. Most of what this remake adds is either less appealing artistic alterations or side content that generally amounts to unnecessary padding, and quite frankly I’d have been more interested in a remaster than a glitchy new take that’s less enjoyable and costs more. When you add the repulsive context of EA benefiting from a series it once destroyed right down to the developer, you get a game that leaves a sour bloody taste, even if it’s an acceptable mimicry of its predecessor...Dead Space 2008 is fifteen quid on digital storefronts.

No, I played the game in Story difficulty the first time, then Impossible on the 2nd

Basically both extremes lol.

Unlike Callisto, this is a very easy to recommend 60 FPS mode. Especially after the VRS removal patch. The only major difference is IQ and some AO in the shadows which you won't notice until someone specifically points it out to you.

It's a fantastic 60 FPS mode.
