daraz.pk scam urgent help needed !

I'm kind of worry , so I placed 2 PS4 PRO orders from daraz.pk at price of 50k Each . After emailing them I finally confirm my order however rest of my 3 small order got confirmed by itself without getting any call from them . So, after 1 day of confirmation of my order i called them and asked about my order status , they replied me that my order has been shipped via leopard and will be delivered in 2 or 3 days . I also got my tracking number . I was happy that i will get my Ps4 pro in few days but it has been 3 days my tracking no haven't been updated . I'm calling daraz from 3 days all they reply is to wait few days .There is no update in my order i still don't know where is my order I tried to called leopard but they told me no item has been received from daraz so thats why item is not shipped when we will receive the item we will ship it . I have done everything possible tried to get my refund but they are saying item being shipped so we can't refund and don't know where is my item and when i will receive it .

Anyone can give any suggestion regarding my problem ? will really appreciate .

Have you told them that the tracking number has no item in it?
Because daraz is just the middle man, the store is the one that needs to follow up with shipment.
Wait 1 week, if it doesnt ship, i suggest you file a complaint and file for a refund with them.
Daraz might help trying to get your money back because stores need to follow that condition to put their items on sale on the site.

Talk to them again and tell them you'll notify the cyber crime authories if nothing is done to fix this situation.

Daraz after sales services is hopeless.

If they delay for more than a week, send them a legal notice through lawyer and they will beg you to solve the issues.

I know a bunch of people who had to take legal action against these online shopping fraudsters.

Record their telephonic conversations, make complaints via emails for proof.

Last year nov i ordered a PS4 from homeshopping.pk black friday deal. It had the condition of advance payment. Like a foolish person i made the advance payment, that too via bank transfer. At first they said they didn't get the money, after a whole day after the payment they acknowledged it and confirmed the order. Was to receive it in 15 days, got it after 35.

After that experience, i made a decision that never will i ever make an advance payment on a pakistani online store again.

You should report this incident to consumer court / cyber crime FIA. I think [MENTION=2126]Jshak[/MENTION] can better guide you on this.

What I want to understand here that if daraz has provided you a shipping tracking code ( as daraz stores all the products to their store and ships it to the customers address after checking everything), so the responsibility falls on daraz to ensure.

Just give a day more, before coming to a conclusion. If the seller has provided daraz the product, then any tracking provided should be received, if not then daraz is liable to provide you a refund without any hassle.

Just make sure you verfiy the tracking code with leopards courier to ensure the shipment is to your said address or not.

Before an F.I.R under section 22 cyber crime, which will never happen, they will refund to safe their intgerity.
As to my knowledge, the shipping will realize or it will come to a refund as per daraz T.O.S or after sale support. One thing I know and am very much sure daraz after sale support of refund can take up to 45 to 55 days and it will be a bit of painful. Taking money is very easy, refunding is hard.

I dont know if leopards works this way but for companies like fedex etc that allow to you prepare shipment at home you can get a tracking number online to print a shipping label.
After that you have some days margin to actually ship the item.

Maybe leopards have something similar for commercial shippers.

On their black Friday sale they listed razer deathadder for 6300 from 9300 when I remember clearly it was always 6300 on daraz. A friend of mine bought a iPhone 4s(when it was the latest). And received a broken iphone3g instead
A Couple of days back my teacher bought a vaccume cleaner from daraaz and it didn't even work
From my experience and what I've seen is avoid daraz and homeshopping.Pk
Ive personally used shopon.Pk and vmart.Pk and faced no issues

During my talk to daraz representative I was told that Item was directly shipped by the seller (Vendor) and it never came into Daraz warehouse . According to daraz they have no knowledge where is the item right now or they are unable to track it . Daraz also claims that item is already shipped by the seller and yet leopard claims no item was received from them , as soon daraz provide them the item they will ship right away .
Its a big mass and I have no clue as all daraz representative are misleading and had a different statement on my case .

Make one or two complaints in call and email. Record their calls and keep a record of emails.

They provided false tracking number and you are not going to receive the product and they are providing no after sales services. So its basically considered a fraud, for which you have currently very solid proofs.

So what i suggest you to do is, visit a lawyer, send a legal notice for fraud and demand good amount of damages (compensation).

Once you send legal notice, do not accept your order because they will send you that quickly to prove they did not do any fraud and they will also contact you immediately to solve the issue and offer you compensation begging you to not go to court for fraud case.

For compensation bargaining part, tell them to talk to your lawyer and don't bargain anything yourself.

I highly recommend you to visit a lawyer and seek professional help. Combination of legal notice with FIR is very powerful in your case.

I filed a fraud case against them recently too. It will prevent many others from being ripped off.

always better to get stuff from the "infidels" instead of buying from these scamers who mostly sell stuff either illegally obtained from manufacturers or someother brave act ...
i think u should file ur report to consumer court with all the evidences and stuff. My friend just filed a case of wrong billing against PTCL n not only got refunded his Rs. 1200 but made an example out of them. So wish u best of luck n dont go easy on them, spread the word through facebook n other websites also. People should know we r not some uneducated consumers.

Others have already told you the best options you currently have to fight this situation. I would just like to add my experience with these guys. So I ordered a battery bank a few months ago, upon receiving the shipment I opened it and to my surprise the item's seal was broken and it appeared to be second hand. It was working though. I was pissed but being the most active person that I am, I decided to accept it the way it is and call it a day. Good luck with getting your money back.

Since the deal went through daraz website. Make sure you become a bug on them with your complaints. If you fail then will guide you how to make legal complaint. Hoping before the complaint your issue should be resolved.

One big advise, buy from a person or a website on a regular day
Black friday isn't meant fully for pakistan.
