According to a corporate lawyer, their corporate lawyers charge almost 250,000-500,000 legal fee for a simple case, so filing a case against them after legal notice is an excellent move.

They will offer compensation as damages to settle the matter to save legal costs, so it's upto you to decide that you settle the matter on compensation or file a case.

Just a small update ! So , after call them and threaten them for filing a case against them . They seem to take my complaints seriously both of my orders got processed yet no tracking number being updated . I'm not sure right now what would be the best decision to take against them . They have requested me 3 days to deliver my item . If nothing been being done in those days i shall be filing a case against them .

Last year nov i ordered a PS4 from homeshopping.pk black friday deal. It had the condition of advance payment. Like a foolish person i made the advance payment, that too via bank transfer. At first they said they didn't get the money, after a whole day after the payment they acknowledged it and confirmed the order. Was to receive it in 15 days, got it after 35.

After that experience, i made a decision that never will i ever make an advance payment on a pakistani online store again.

You should report this incident to consumer court / cyber crime FIA. I think @Jshak can better guide you on this.

I had ordered the nathan drake ps4 bundle on black friday, they said it will come from usa in 2 weeks. A month passed, and they said the package still hadn't been dispatched from the us and would take another month. After waiting a few days, i changed my order to a uk reg ps4 which they had in their inventory in lahore, that too took 5-6 days to reach pindi. Never again i'll be paying advance on a pakistani online store after this exp.
And for consoles, i'll either buy from amaga or jshak.

Daraz is worse Scammers. I booked processor on black Friday and avail 20% discount. After they unable to deliver I started complaining from Thursday. after 2 3 complains. Today they called me and told me to its out of Stock and we are cancelling your Order. Amount will be returned to your easy paisa account After more 4 5 days. Clearly they are scamming people. Fake 1 Bullion. Never Gonna order anything from DARAZ again.

Let me tell you how these jackasses work
They take money from people
Say you spent 50k on a console plus games or a high end graphic card
You pay in advance (unless of course you chose a cash on delivery option,, but this is for non cash on delivery.. Say you ordered something from USA)
They take usually a percentage or if not then full payment in advance.. Money goes into their bank accounts and they keep the money and collect interest on it from the banks
After a month they will then make an excuse about the product being faulty or out of stock or problem in transit and either delay you product for another month(more interest,, especially if you gave a big am mount for multiple items sothey just make an excuse of one or more products was unavailable at the time and that another month is required) or just refund you while your time is wasted
They made money from the interest collect
Though this is my conclusion since I knowa bit of import/export from family business

They are just screwing with people. I ordered two different items and they are charging me 700 delivery charges for both items. I said the TCS guy I ordered both items in one cart why I am getting two bills. He said that is how company booked your order. Lol. I was like WTF. Take that shit back I don't want them. He was like no sir you have to receive it. Just had to put some sense and told him that tell the company the address isn't correct. I don't care. Leave it at door step or throw in the dustbin. I don't care.

I am receiving calls from their representative but I am refusing to speak to them and insisting to divert my call to any senior member. Lol. Up till now no calls from them.
