yea like he bought Teh Cheapest motherboard of all times from Asus which is 10x Less reliable than an Intel board. And your comment its shouting to believe that Intel boards are not an electronic item.
Its not the first time i am hearing such things Ahsan, so i beg to differ here. Even if voltage fluctuations cause this problem, they should not overlook other components being used in that PC. For instance, take that Power Supply that guy is using, its not a Chinese One. Its from a good reputed company, and not to mention that its being sold anny waa by Galaxy where they themselves state this as a VERY GOOD PSU. Abhi bhi koi chance hay VOLTAGE FLUCTUATIONS ki waja say kisi cheez k burn or faulty honay ka?
Lets stay on track and talk about the warranty issue. If it was really the Voltage Fluctuation that killed the motherboard, whey the hell they took a whole godamn month just to tell it was really the Voltage Fluctuation.
O'wait ... may be that Specialist got some WAHEE where he got to know it was the Voltage which caused the problem. BUT Caused WHAT problem? Which specific transister or something got faulty in mobo which can't be repaired in warranty. I bet they didn't bother to check the mobo at all.
Not to mention Shingtech also does not send the mobo back to company in warranty for a QUALITY REPAIR. They just repair it locally, take too much time to show off their effort, and give the component back to customer. Which AGAIN gets faulty after a couple of weeks/months.
And i tell you what Ahsan. Honesty doesn't have a price these days. Mark my words, show yourself as an honset person to ANYONE (a business man preferably) in this whole godamn world, all you will get is FRAUD, CHEATING, and NO TRUTH in return.
One more thing ... If you have had SOME good experiences with Galaxy, then just consider yourself lucky. I've seen PLENTY of people cursing Galaxy (some of them are not even at PG) for their Warranty Support and Bad Behaviour with Customer.
