Yes it's worth spending 30k on it (especially for the 12MP camera).
And ask the seller for a 3-7 day checking warranty in which you should thoroughly check the phone for any defects. That's the most you can do as these shopkeepers are never going to give you their own warranty.

Maybe I can sell and make profit from these 3000 manuals hahaha

I saw on HS that S is around 32900 whereas SL is 33990 so with only 1K difference is it better to go with SL which has Android ICS by default and has slightly faster processor??? Other than that I think both are same right?

Also does S or SL come with HDMI cable in the box and any other difference in accessories in the box between these two?

Don't get the SL because shopkeepers will think it's some sort of fake variant of the S.

The SL doesn't have official JB, otherwise it's the same.

Nor the S or SL have HDMI cables in the box.

Which is jb 4.2.2

The official update is still not released
Maybe this month they will roll out the update.

ICS update still hasn't come out for Sony Xperia sola or U.
So I dont think there will be one for Xperia S either.

Later batches of xperia S are already running on ICS out of the box. I got mine from home shopping and it was already upgraded to ICS.

Got Xperia SL for 34500Rs from Hafiz Center although most of the shop were selling for 36000Rs as the prices have gone up in the market.
Xperia S has been discontinued only 1 or 2 shops had them and the boxes looked fishy and it was only 1000 cheaper than SL so I went ahead with SL.

There is no HDMI cable in my box, I opened the box myself it was brand new sealed box.

It has ICS installed by default, will post pics later :)

P.S

Had to gift it to my brother so had to go pick it up instead of ordering online :)
