The reason this shitshow failed with the critics isn't because they had an agenda, it's just because the movie has no substance. It's basically DC's attempt at making some of that Avengers money, but without the whole planning part and spending money part.

If you people actually think that the DCCU is supposed to be super serious then why the hell is Suicide Squad getting reshoots to add in more humor?

they are reshooting as mostly people respond well to shitty humor(ultron, gotg etc)... general masses are not known to be too bright and that shows specifically with a shallow sense of humor.

Watched the movie for the second time today and I must say, I really really REALLY liked it when I compare it with the first time I saw it... All my answers have been answered. Everything is there, you just have to listen, observe and take it as the movie wants you to take it...
Yes there were a few flaws here and there BUT, you should enjoy it for what it is rather than what YOU want it to be. I gave it a 7/10 first, now I am bumping it up to an 8/10!

ALSO, Atrium 3D sucks, Nueplex (Saw the movie first time here) is better and in my 2nd viewing I saw the movie at Cinepax and I loved the 3D and the screen. It is smaller but it is brighter and shows off better 3D. Also the seats of their Gold/Platinum are soooooo comfy! :dance:
So if you can, first preference should be Cinepax, yes it is a bit expensive than Nueplex and Atrium but the experience of the Gold/Platinum screen with comfortable seats, brighter screen and better 3D, it is worth it!

Kind of the same feelings I had for Man of Steel, when I saw it on the big screen for the first time, I didn't like it much. I gave it a 6/10. But when I saw it the second time on Blu-ray on me PC, I freaking loved it and bumped the score up to 9/10! And I have been loving it every time I see it after that too...

yeah, i didn't like man of steel that much either(other than the action)... but a blu ray rewatch on my home theater was memerising... snyder may not be good at editing a movie(only snobs talk about it anyways), but he sure can impress you with banging visuals...

humor is what i hate about marvel... winter soldier was such an awesome movie, no stupid humor and balls to the walls violent action thriller... light hearted stuff is not necessary better

WB says they are not concerned with second week drop, focused on bigger picture.

While certain comic book fans and film sites are reveling in the second weekend drop in Batman v Superman's box office haul, Warner Bros. appears unfazed.

Loved this Movie. This sh*t was real on the other hand Marvel's seem kinda childish, no offense, however both of them movies attract different classes of audiences. For me the most interesting scene was the Bruce's Dream sequences especially the Flash's part, multiverse story line is much much more interesting but quite complex hence it might fall short to be pulled off in movies to attract audiences who are not conversant with the story line of DCCU. In short if you wana see straight and easy action superhero movies watch Marvel's if you like things complex then DC is your Sh*t.
