@fahim: personally, I don't think these things work so well but what do I know...I bought a (kinda) kit at the start of the year having 20 strips and it's still sitting right there, it was supposed to be used regularly

and no i havnt used it, so no experience.

i have gotten scaling done from a dentist though, but that was to remove nicotine stains, does not make teeth whiter AFAIK.
