    Damn those are really good line stats. I had the same problem when upgrading to 25mb package. They kept saying line is not supported even though my line supported 80mb down and 40mb up. Eventually my father called someone from the inside and got it sorted. Ptcl has really ruined their package...

    Same was getting 60, then suddenly started getting 180 to middle east after i restarted my router even though i was in same ip pool(39.32.xx.xx).     The lineman spent around 2 hours troubleshooting at my home and looking at the dpbox and stuff. Looks like there was a problem in the wiring in my home so he connected it directly at where the cable entered my house. Im getting like 6-7mb upload on my 15mb connection now which is right i think...
