The safest bet is to ask the place you bought it from to send it under international warranty.
If they agree, you will have to pay shipping yourself, anywhere from 3000Rs-6000rs
If not, I suggest moving on because if you send this personally, freight will go half the cost of your gpu, which isnt worth it.
