Lolz, dude this is a 4 year old pic.Now i am 18, so i think its a suitable age, i workout daily for chest and arms, but thought that i should give consideration to my abs too, so thats why i wanted to know,
Anyways what things should i cut off eating?
NO OILY food i.e. the regular Pakistani food is a no no. Only grilled and boiled food. You won't find alot of grilled stuff unless you are living in Arab land where most Arabic food is grilled and good for workout.
So your best bet is to eat boiled food like eggs, chicken and rice sometimes. Use salt and black pepper for taste. Lots of green vegetables and a dose of protein shake daily with fresh juices. Avoid potatoes, mutton and beef at all cost. Food regularization is only to avoid fat and flab. Daily extreme work out on this will get you somewhere.
Basically your food will be similar to a typhiod patient.
One of my cousin is into regular body building since 4 years so telling you from his experience.
Hopefully your enthusiasm doesn't just go away after a month or so.
