Making 6 pack abs..

So guys can any1 guide me on how to get 6 pack abs..I have no fat but i need to make my abs visible..Please tell me what diet should i eat and what exercises should i do to make my 6 pack abs,and how long will i take?

Well I don't know too much, but I recommend alot of cardio excersising, sit ups and such. At the least it will take you 2-3 months**

^ dido ......youtube is full of home 6pac work out videos and most of them work if you have the guts to do it properly.

i got my 6 packs in 6 mnths og lagatar gym!!!!
but now they are gone as i hav left the gym routine
its ery hard to maintain them!!!!!

if u want them fast do 100 to 150 reps (three sets)

Everybody got a different shape and only Your Gym Instructor can tell you better.

bhai by looking at ur pic u only look like a 15 0r 16 year old aur abhi se packs ki fiqR ::p
Lolz, dude this is a 4 year old pic.Now i am 18, so i think its a suitable age, i workout daily for chest and arms, but thought that i should give consideration to my abs too, so thats why i wanted to know,

Anyways what things should i cut off eating?

man u shud get an advise from expert... i did the same something like 8 years back and that tilted my neck... u can say like a gorilla... so be careful...

NO OILY food i.e. the regular Pakistani food is a no no. Only grilled and boiled food. You won't find alot of grilled stuff unless you are living in Arab land where most Arabic food is grilled and good for workout.

So your best bet is to eat boiled food like eggs, chicken and rice sometimes. Use salt and black pepper for taste. Lots of green vegetables and a dose of protein shake daily with fresh juices. Avoid potatoes, mutton and beef at all cost. Food regularization is only to avoid fat and flab. Daily extreme work out on this will get you somewhere.

Basically your food will be similar to a typhiod patient.

One of my cousin is into regular body building since 4 years so telling you from his experience.

Hopefully your enthusiasm doesn't just go away after a month or so.

Get your brain check kid, no one over here will give you a professional opinion about getting 6-10 pack abs. I gave you a link because people at those forums are professional bodybuilders and you say i didn't give a sensible reply. Seriously gtfo.

don't over do, just do regular crunches 3 sets of 30 reps. try stretching by bending as far as you can while lying on bed with lower limbs on bed and torso hanging in the air. will take 4 months depending on the physique.

Well as i said your daily diet will be similar to a typhoid patient :rip: . Its only for initial 12 months..once you get used to work out and your shape changes a little, you can eat a here n there. Wont harm.

My cuzin that i referred now eats biryani with me at food center lol since he is past this phase and has a solid build now.

Look there is a difference between being WEAK and being LEAN. You need to be lean with no flab not weak.
