Nah, you're thinking of Bright Memory. That mirrors edge cyberpunk game you've always wanted apparently, is made by a small indie studio of 20 people.

Can't wait to see new footage.

Not surprisingly, they are actually following the same pre-release strategy as with Witcher 3, which also got a hands-on event roughly 3-4 months before release. hehehe

This is a tone deaf time to have any events like this, so it totally makes sense why companies are delaying for the time period.

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
