I mean, I also have the AI difficulty at 4, but I need automatic transmission and ABS on.I'll write on in the evening and post it up.
I googled this error and it seams like other people are also facing it with other games and the only solution I found was to either log into your Steam account and download latest patch for the game OR download patch from any other site (If you are not using steam)
