u misunderstood my statements brother. If a some guy's wallet is fallen on the floor, Allah has given you a mind to either pick it up and keep the cash..or give it back to him..you dont say 'invitation to treat'
didn't you hear? the responsibilities of Islam do not apply to those who preach Islam to others.... you may kill, rape, beat, abuse others into submission... and as long as you're doing it all in the name of Islam, then ofcourse you're not liable... Islam has a strict policy of the end justifying all means... as long as a person recites kalma, it doesn't change the fact that he had a gun to his headbut if at anyone else, would you allow him to say that about your loved ones?? abhi tu Islam, Islam chila rahey the...ab offensive jumley martey hoye Islam kahan giya..huqooq ul ibad kahan gaye??
so it's all on the person who dropped the wallet? the person who sees the wallet on the floor, he's not held accountable for his actions? what sort oflogic is this? why stop at dropping it on the floor then? i can barge into anyone's house on gunpoint, steal their shit, and i'll tell god "bhai us ne itna samaan rakha kyun tha? meri ghalti thori na hai" and God'll give me a high-five, i'll enter heaven with my 70 virgins, and the poor sod who got robbed will burn in hell for enticing meu misunderstood my statements brother.
'i am the person who is advising about not throwing your wallet on the floor wide open (with or without consent) in the first place'.
if your wallet drops accidentally then no issue. ALLAH is the protector but then why throw your wallet on the road yourself already knowing the risks.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhif your wallet drops accidentally then no issue. ALLAH is the protector but then why throw your wallet on the road yourself already knowing the risks.
to anyonewhat sort of third rate, mind-boggling, retarded shit logic is this
paise zaya hone se behtar hai mein utha loon :lol:Wallet jesey bhi gira ho...TUMHARA usko uthana CHORI HAI YA NAHIIII ??
My post has only one fact in it (first line) and err I'm assuming you agree with that one.I didn't talk about anything from the perspective of religion here nor will I start now and nowhere did I say that I deem all burqa-cladded respectable. There are those who even wear tighter burqas which in turn shows curves, figure etc.
Get facts checked please. I'm not a religious scholar nor I'm extremely religious.
To your 'one fact', my reply was also in the first line. I did not reply with religion's perspective nor will I comment on if Jennifer Aniston maybe 100 times better in God's eyes and the burqa-clad women etc etc.My post has only one fact in it (first line) and err I'm assuming you agree with that one.
I guess you got all riled up because of the deen k thaykaydaar line. Well that one wasn't for you (hence the one line gap) :tv:
throwing wallet yourself = invitation to the world to steal it (some may try to steal it, some may try to give it back to the owner, but still the invitation exists regardless what ever happens in the end)AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh
I hope you are saying this to get on my nerve and troll me....HONESTLY
Wallet jesey bhi gira ho...TUMHARA usko uthana CHORI HAI YA NAHIIII ??
@Raza7154 :Though I agree to what you are saying, but please all discussion is to be held with mutual respect in mind....please dont say things like to anyone
invitation is in the eye of the beholder no?t
wallet incidentally dropped/ stolen on burglary = was not an invitation . it was some thing which was not in your control.
I see Raza's mechromancer as pretty inviting and...well, Raza you know what I did don't you?invitation is in the eye of the beholder no?
you see women in jeans as being inviting... i see people who keep their money at home as being inviting.... tom-ay-to tom-ah-to.... at the end we're both sticking it up to those idiots who invite us on purpose, right?
Lol so bechari larki agar skirt pehny she is inviting herself to be raped...throwing wallet yourself = invitation to the world to steal it (some may try to steal it, some may try to give it back to the owner, but still the invitation exists regardless what ever happens in the end)
wallet incidentally dropped/ stolen on burglary = was not an invitation . it was some thing which was not in your control.
thing is that wearing such clothes that attracts = perception of invitation
wearing modest clothes = perception of purity (regardless of the real moral inside the heart, that's another topic)
A. I fail to see how someone needs to be properly qualified . If for example you see someone innocent being attacked, would you not try to stop it? Right and wrong only need clear definition to those who are morally corrupt/ sociopathic. Islam has extended this concept to include all issues. Hence promoting a communal effort to stop evil , even smaller evils like lying , cheating corruption etc. I agree that a morally corrupt person should not be preaching. But that does not mean something i plainly see to be wrong , i should not atleast try to stop it from happening. My answers repectively
A. Religious duty of whom? who is qualified to do that? For me the person preaching should be a model himself foremost.
B. What I have stated, is the original angle and is historically accurate. Application for today is another topic but we must not use the verse as is then because we know circumstances have changed.
C. I hope you can see, that saying "Hadith are not laws" is not misinformation. They are not laws, period. Many sharia laws base their authenticity in the hadith. That is the correct statement. And there is the difference, not all Hadith is applied, nor everyone agrees to each hadith, plenty of disagreement on that front and has been since ages in Islam.
D. Yes some Islamic laws are/should be applicable in modern times, some not.
While I have never seen a good source of the quote you mentioned of shaw so not sure if its authentic, here is one which is quite authentic of Shaw and what he held all his life:
And here is another which is an eyeopener about shaw:
Letter to the Reverend Ensor Walters (1933), as quoted in Bernard Shaw : Collected Letters, 1926-1950 (1988) by Dan H. Laurence, p. 305
I don't think shaw is a very good source for praising Islam.
1. ofcourse and thats what I have been saying all along. Advise if someone does not listen leave them be, its between them and God.
3. No, the greeks also gave women rights. Islam gave rights to middle-eastern and Bedouin women, women who lived in a culture where daughters were discarded upon birth. So no, Islam was not the first religion to gave women rights, it was the first to give rights to middle-eastern women. The rest of the world is not among those.
