Why is selling paypal balance not allowed on pakgamers?

Paypal balance selling is not allowed here because of the following reasons:
- Some people use hacked / illegal accounts for selling paypal balance, later buyer get charged back (aka dispute claim) hence the buyer face the consequence and in the end he gets nothing = create a dispute here on PG for getting his money back
- Buyer whine when his account gets block due to geographical restrictions by paypal
- Pyapal is not allowed in Pakistan so anyone in Pakistan selling paypal balance = illegal = issues = headache for PG staff

@iNF3RNO As you may know paypal is one of the most convinient ways of online money transfers. It is most widely used funds transfer method. Almost all of the people I have worked for had a paypal account.
I think there must be a way of people to interact with paypal as it is the only way possible for many of us who want to buy things from abroad. As for scamming, It is my humble request to put a method of verifying the accounts here on pg. Either by looking at the email address associated to that paypal account or any other method you deem reliable. As for illegal, it is not illegal at all (cough cough). I can assure you that paypal account is mine and that I earn the money through hard work and I think any person who can satisfy you about the legitimacy of the account should have the right to convert his hardwork into cash.
Or bohat se logon ka bhala bhi ho jaye ga who do not have any other way to pay to websites and appstores.

heres a better way for you guys to sell your paypal (assuming you have it legal with a proper residenstial address in one of the supporting countries.).

Nope! I don't know any websites in Pakistan which accept paypal balance and I doubt any of them does. Now to sell something, I would have to buy something from amazon, ship it to pakistan and then sell it... Nobody would want to do that much khuwari.Next thing, suppose you need to buy a power up in WoW and WoW only accepts paypal. You can contact me and I will pay on your behalf after receiving cash payment. Now it would be foolish for me to buy those power ups in advance and try to selll them here to the WoW players wouldn't it?

just Have a guy tell you what he wants with your paypal balance, so then you can buy it and then sell it to him (with confirmation ofcourse).
oh and you can charge him that extra fee or tax or whatever that comes with it as well as the shipment charges.
its far better on digital items, since you wont have to go through all of the shipment khawari.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
