What to notice while buying a new phone?

As the title goes, I'm going to buy Motorola Moto G (16 GB, Dual Sim) so what are the things I must check before paying, to ensure that its not refurbished or a used & then repacked set?

Is there any better alternative available under 25-27k range?

Before buying used phone check its wifi,bluetooth,check whether the sim is working or not and its battery and blah blah blah.
But Plz dont waste your money on this piece of shit(In comparison). You can buy a way better mobile in this budget.Consider G pro easily available in your budget.

test everything... and there must be some hidden menus in Motorola Moto G which would be containing certain test, do run that

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
