today while running my motorcycle i realized the rear wheel is bouncing, Occasionally at normal speed the bouncing effect is barely noticeable but riding on 4th gear with high speeds the back side bob up and down although i checked the rear wheel by putting it on double stand in 4th gear spinning of the wheel and tire seems fine

Shining Wizard - See if theres anything inside the tire or an even bump, get it changed. Most likely cause if its not your wheel itself.

have you got some work done related to wheel recently like puncture or some wheel refixing related
first check if wheel is spinning not wobbling putting up in double stand check if its ok

then check if the tyre is properly fitted in the rim

make sure you have not filled Air more than recommended if its CDI 70 the rear tyre has to be 33PSI for 2 ppl for single 29 PSI

check your Rear Shocks is it stiff ?

I had the same issue
Its a faulty bearing in the rear wheel
A pretty cheap fix
Nothing major

It is caused by the smoothless roads, khadday wgehra. Either the bearing in the wheel need to be fixed, or the drum in your tyre is been cut. Or possibly, your wheel needs wheelthrow.
