shit........my CM 460w won't let me go above 3200mhz......the windows BSOD after that :(
its stable till 3000mhz

u might be over clocking the rams a little to high . or the voltages to the ram might be to low . thats one of the main reasons for blue screens as well .

Jesus Christ Striker! Would you stop crapping his mind about CM460? Jeez <_<

@WAQAx! Bro your PSU is just fine.
And note one thing ... OC via Softwares is not a good idea. Do it from BIOS.
Your PSU is just fine unless you plan to purchase upto a GTX260 or anything higher than that. And that PSU (TX750) is only good if you want SLI/CrossFire or Tri SLI etc. Above CM460, a CX400 (slightly better yet Budget Solution) or a Silverstone 500 or 650W would be more than ENOUGH. But NOT UNTILL You plan to purchase another GPU.

Before Overclocking ... Read some guides on the internet to get the Basic Idea how you do it from BIOS. You should have the following to test and check the Overclocking whether or not its successful and stable.

- CoreTemp/Real Temp [To Check the CPU Temps]
- wPrime/Prime95 [To Check The Stability/Speed]
- OCCT [CPU Burn Test]

I dont know the BIOS of your motherboard so i can't really tell you.

Just saw that you OC-ed it till 3.8Ghz ... Gratz
So you were saying that your PSU is limiting you? :p

bro i ran 460 watts with [email protected] n 8800gt also i changed to 260gtx+q6600@3ghz so ... relax bro ur psu is ust fine untill u plan for soe gpu which req more amps than ur psu can provide
a guy is running vx400 wit 5850 so we always over estimate power supplies need
i did that too ...
so relax n enjoy ur system
n yes ram timings n ram speed r always a bootleneck for gud clocks
so u did the right thing ... enjoy ur rig!!! relax!!!

n bro thee is no need to stress test ur rig
i mean if ur overclock system is gud for ur games stable in other applications dnt stress test ur rig we r not running for any prize or position!
what bilal is suggesting is valid unless u r damn sure what ur doing ... voltages can harm ur hardware n if ur not monitoring ur temps ... so a lesson for those who buy systems with lots of savings etc ... there is no fun in stress testing ur system un-necessarily okay:D
