Turn your Single SIM phone to Dual SIM for just 5$. Anyone tried this stuff?

Looking for dual sim stuff I came across this small chip which is quite interesting. Its a single sim standby but looks very handy if you arent into changing sim all time. Has anyone seen this stuff in Pakistan or anyone used it? Its hardly 3-5$ stuff.

I've used this on an old Nokia 1100 and it works fine. You can alternate between the two SIMs by turning off and turning back on the phone.

Not sure how it works on Android though. Probably through the same principle.

Actually you don't have to switch off your phone, its controllable via Sim Tool kit application. Just click to change sim directly. Looks too good. Check video

Running both sims requires dual antennas and dual radio chipsets which only phones made for 2 sims have. Thats why we cant make 2 sims work together simultaneously.

In old days people used to copy data from two sims into one.(or something like that) and switched between them using software.
