Its natural ... it happens the first few days ... it should go down in the coming week and get to a minimal level in 2 - 3 weeks ..

it's because your muscles aren't used to exertion and stress ... i remember my first few days of gym i couldn't move my body .. i used to feel like a cripple ...

don't worry about it ...

Oh this reminds me my current chemistry teacher. He told us in first year that his friends forced him to go to gym even he was weak guy. And after even one day of exercise he can't even stand up from bed. And after some days he become normal.

hmm.. as already said. always warm up for about 10 minutes before weight lifting. try to lift less weight. good diet like protiens( EEGS, MEAT and PULSES) and light weight r enough. u will get a good body with cuts. zyada weight uthane ki koshish karo ge tu kamar hi torwao ge. and haan. try to keep ur room not so cool at night. more cold more pain.

its bcz u simply over done the exercises for a starter. u should've started a little slow, like very less weight , and not very exhausting exercises. then u should've increased the workout gradually, but don't worry, almost everyone starting the gym has to face it :) u'll be better in a week.

It's normal but to clear your mind of any doubts you should visit a doc for a checkup just to be sure.

Dude its completely normal, the pain will go away in some days and then when you do gym, there would be no pain after a while....

do some light cardio first, then move on to the lifting exercises. and after finishing your workout, do light cardio again.
pain is because of the formation of lactic acid, which happens to everyone who has not been exercising. eat plenty of carbohydrate stuff, you'll recover soon.

lolx man it takes some time before you get it going..
This happens coz its the first time you pushing urself hard, your body is getting used to , to it..it will take some time about 2 weeks to get setup
Dont worry nothing is been damaged,i know when u will do your biscep and tricep exercise you will cramp ur whole body and wont even able to move ur arm and would hurt your elbow

Suggestion: Dont over do it..You know how much you can bear, dont hear to the coach there..he will tell you to do 20 reps on one game..which is not possible for a biggener,so make it easy..divide the time for every game..Coz you know by doing that you wont get arnolds biscep in a month or so..

Its all about giving time and having good diet..Just keep it going, and yes dont forget to consult with our member here i.e Abobobilly, hes a gamer too

One more thing is that , make sure that what ever exercise you do , it should be done on right angles, especially when you are doing the biceps one make sure that you raise the dumbles do right height and with right angle..

yeah its normal dude it happens and remains for 3-4 days after the first day of exercise but always keep in mind do not put extra stress on u'r muscles, i mean do not start with extra heavy wieghts because it will damage u'r body start off with lighter weights and then increase the weights as the days passes by and it will be good :)

You know every time a person joins a gym they usually stress their muscles the first time which is actually WRONG. If you're working on making muscle you should start out with just cardio exercises for the first week. Then move on to doing different exercises that work specific muscles.

Now that you already have the pain...I suggest you work on cardio (running jogging walking biking etc.) for a week and let your muscles relax.

Also to add when you start weight lifting start with around 5kg and then work your way up slow. Putting too much pressure on your muscles will rip them and that'll be a long run damage.
